This really was one of the better experiences I've had with a detailing service. To be fair, it was my first experience with a mobile detailer, and I cannot express how awesome it was to have them come to me.Speaking to the detail, it was top notch. The two gentlemen that I interacted with were incredibly cordial and told me exactly what they were going to do before they started. They got straight to work, and they did an amazing job. I will use them again without question, and would highly recommend them.

*EditI am updating my review from what I previously wrote below. George from Clean Mobile called me and was very apologetic and concerned about my experience. Upon speaking with him, George had offered me multiple options and solutions to mitigate my previous dissatisfaction. The Clean Mobile team has been phenomenal to work with and I would absolutely call them again for any detail work I want/need done. Their care and concern has provided an unmatched customer experience. I appreciate their willingness to do right by their customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Clean Mobile Detailing has won me over with their hard work and integrity. A big thank you to McKade, the gentleman that worked on my vehicle. He showed up with a smile on his face and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done.The Clean Mobile Detailing team are true professionals.———————————————————————I hired Clean Mobile Detailing to come take care of my truck. I paid additionally for the Scent Bomb, Leather Conditioning and Pet Hair Removal.Fortunately, they came through with the Scent Bomb and Leather Conditioning. Great job there.However, I was disappointed with the Pet Hair Removal, as there was quite a lot of dog hair left in the seat crevices. I’ve attached a few photos below (hard to capture the lighter shade of dog hair with my phone camera). It definitely wasn’t the worst job I’ve ever seen, but I was definitely disappointed as I used their services due to recommendation from a coworker; also when you pay extra for a service you expect it to be an exceptional experience. It seemed I could’ve received the same amount of cleaning and vacuuming from just a standard detail or just paying $5 at any car wash and doing it myself.All in all, not the worst, but certainly not the best detail I’ve paid for.

AMAZING! Great communication. The 2 men that cleaned my car were professional and nice. They had me look over the car and were happy to clean anything they may have forgotten. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a great detailing job. Thank you Clean Mobile Detailing!!

Interior detail was ok. Engine bay, passable. The exterior was just not good. Points for being good communicators. They were polite, and receptive. Prices are just benchmarked.Overall, they are far from the best service, but not the absolute worst. You’re paying a heck of a premium for convenience, not quality. Had I paid 250-300 for it… I’d spare the review… but $495 for that… wouldn’t do it again.Context: The claim was that the hard water was too much and it would require a $150 additional charge… the last photo is an area I cleaned after wiping with detailer and microfiber cloth for approx 15 secs.Services: Full body wash

Money well spent. I'll use their service again. I did the interior only. Good attention to details. Not back to like-new conditions, but certainly met my expectations. I recently used this tremendous car cleaning service, folks, and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic, believe me! My car, which is a terrific car, by the way, looked like a million bucks when they were done with it. They did an amazing job, folks, truly tremendous. The attention to detail was incredible, just incredible, and the staff, great people, really great people. I've got to say, if you want your car to look beautiful again, this is the service you need, folks. It's a winner, believe me!

These guys did great! They showed up a little early and got right on it. Car looked like new when they were done. Will most definitely use them again. I’m quite particular about how my cars are cleaned, they missed a couple minor areas but hat the integrity and professionalism to make it right. I highly recommend this company. They showed up and did such a great job detailing our car. There were years of dust and they did an amazing job getting every corner of the car. We looked over the car at the end and they touched up another spot and off they went! Super amazing they come to your house and just a great crew!

Clean Mobile Detailing is the absolute best! They are professional, efficient, and have a positive attitude. We have owned our Jeep Wrangler for 4 years and never had it professionally detailed. They made it look brand new! We highly recommend them!

Update: The company called me and asked about my experience and then offered to come back and make it right. My second experience was much better. The tech cleaned out the seats again, got more of the seat grime off and got into all of the little grooves that were still dusty. Thank you!While it was highly convenient to have them come to us I had to ask the tech to clean most of the seats again because they still had crumbs in the seams. The little nooks in the doors had also not been cleaned and I had to ask him to go back and do those as well. Those are pretty obvious I would think. Need a little more attention to detail.
