we were shopping the worker asked us if we needed help we declined then she let us shop we told her we have everything then she decided AFTER wasting our time to be like “we cant sell to someone without a license like wow thanks for letting us know horrible customer service

HORRIBLE Customer experience! I usually dont go to Cosmoprof and this is the main reason why!! They must be racist because whenever I spoke spanish in the store they gave me the dirtiest looks! My mom was also with me and we could both tell! Hope they improve on their customer Service!

I will not go back to this store. I asked them it they had a certain color by a brand and they did not. I asked them when they'll be getting more back in-stock. They said they don't know what is on their order. Like what how do you not know what is on your order. They said they'd call me when they get more of that color in. They told me they would call me when they get their shipment in. I never got a call. So I went in to see if they had any. They had their shipment in. And I asked them if they had any of the color I was looking for they said they aren't sure what's in the cart for their shipment. Like how hard is it to go and look and see if you have the color and brand I'm looking for.I got a call back TWO months later saying they had the color I was looking for. I didn't go and pick it up and buy it because I was frustrated and went to salon centric instead.

Horrible customer service. I called to see if a product was in stock and I was told immediately no they did not have it. I was driving past so I decided to stop by and check and of course there were 3 of the product I was looking for sitting on the shelves. No one had even checked and just told me no. When I got there both girls working were sitting in the back room.

Natalie is absolutely amazing! She is literally a walking cosmo encyclopedia. She knew the complete science of every product I asked her about and happily spent time explaining it to me. Above and beyond!

I needed color for my 8:30am client. I got to the store at 8:15 and it was locked up and closed. It said they opened up at 8am and I planned my morning around it. Now I have to run to salon centric and will be late to my 8:30 appt

Love this store. The girls are always so helpful and nice but was very appalled to see a customer yell at the associates and call them profanities.
