I'm not sure why this pharmacy gets so many bad reviews, community pharmacies are in a tough situation right now, but this Costco pharmacy is ran very well. I've had good interactions and nothing but willingness to help every time I've stopped by.

Celine at Costco Pharmacy provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to assist in getting the medication my father needed and even followed up with a solution the next day. Her professionalism and dedication reflect Costco’s commitment to excellent service, and she’s a big reason why I choose to shop at Costco. Thank you, Celine, for your exceptional customer service.

I can get a 90-day refill of my prescription for something like $4. Very hard to beat their prices. Even when there's a line, I never end up waiting long. And once or twice I've had to call to see if I could pick up my prescription early, and they were always able to help me out. Plus I can get a slice of pizza and a set of tires on my way out LOL. 5/5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I rarely write reviews, let alone negative reviews. But I’ve had about 10 interactions with this pharmacy and all staff members, but one, have been short and rude with me. I have always chocked it up to them being very busy but even when I’m there without a line, they cut me off in the middle of my sentences. I’m not looking for someone to be nice, it doesn’t really matter to me but just a little patience would be appreciated. Would not recommend this place!

I was very worried based on reviews but everyone was extremely professional and helpful! I had to fill 10 different meds for a trip and they edited tab number and used all the Good Rx codes I brought in with zero problem. All of it was done within two hours of my doctor calling.

As far as I can remember since going to this pharmacy only one person there was ever nice and treated me normal . They have given me the run around or the interaction is cold as a step dad and red headed step child . Condescending on the phone as well I remember every interaction . And only a few times they treated me normal . I’ll never will use this pharmacy again .

They have you call them to see if they have your medication in stock before they will fill it.... I think that is a horrible system. And should fill prescriptions as supply comes available and contact the customer their prescription is ready... it would streamline the process and make customers happy and please with the efficency. Which is what costco is all about

I've been to this pharmacy a few times and have never had a bad experience. Today the employee who was assisting me went above and beyond, and ended up helping me save $80 on my prescription. The pharmacy can be pretty busy, but I'm grateful for the efforts of the staff here to help people get their medicine!

I hateeeee this pharmacy so much. I’ve tried so hard to like it, because the prices are unbeatable here. It’s easily the cheapest pharmacy around. But holy heavens the customer service is awful. I’ve never had a positive experience here.1) you’re going to have to wait 20+ min any time you come. Granted, a lot of pharmacies are like this, but I’d rather wait 20 min in my car than on my feet in a crowded grocery store.2) I’m not sure what the issue is with their line of communication, but there has been at least 4 different instances for me where I’ve showed up, waited in line for 20 min, to then just be told that my prescription wasn’t actually ready. It doesn’t matter if I’ve received a text or not confirming, doesn’t matter if I talk to someone on the phone beforehand. And then they want me to wait an hour for them to get it done.3) the employees….struggle. I really don’t know what the issue is. It seems like it’s their first day on the job every single time I’ve ever been here. (And I go often) they are also not kind at all. Bad vibes.I would highly recommend not choosing this pharmacy if you can avoid it. The prices are so nice but I want to rip my hair out every single time I have to come here.
