I took my Chevy into the Orem Costco Tire Center for a repair last week. The technician diagnosed the problem and reattached my spare under the car but forgot the tire protector cover. I came back on Monday morning as directed to have them check the lug nuts and Kole was kind enough to take the time to fix it for me on the spot. Saved me lots of time trying to figure it out myself. Great customer service. Thanks again Kole!

Thought I found a good deal on snow tires. They offered free installation. After about 75min they said it was done. As I was getting in the car the guy said “oh by the way we snapped off one of your lug nuts, because it’s an older car we’re not paying for it.” Then they just shut the garage(it was almost 9:15pm by now). Awesome

A clerk located X Tour tires for a good price. Went in the next morning with my wife’s card. With the store policy, I could not enter or buy tires. Wife drove there so I could enter and buy. X Tour tires were sold out. Ordered Defender 2 tires. Went to pick up the key and the technician said I needed to go in to pick up a refund. I tried to enter and was again denied because the card was my wife’s. Wife entered and waited for 20 minutes to find out the technician was wrong about the refund. Will go to Discount Tire or any other tire store next time. Will save money, time, and embarrassment.

I stopped randomly by the tire service area (Orem, UT) for help on tire pressures on my new car. A young man, Ben, came out of the blue to help me. What an awesome and helpful young man. Tried to tip him and to no avail. It's against policy! Really appreciate Ben's help and super friendly personality. So refreshing!!!!

Thank you Jason! I arrived at Orem's Costco Tire Center on a recent Saturday with a truck full of grandkids and a low back tire. We were on the way to a distant activity. I was a little rattled and unfamiliar with what I needed to do. Jason was patient and walked me through the process. I really appreciated his kindness and help. He is an excellent teacher!

Called and scheduled an appt for today at 6pm and when I showed up they said they had sold the tires, when I originally called no one told me I needed to pay for them had they said something. Horrible customer service

Customer service GARBAGE!!!!
Called a day before, made the appointment, I stop by to get the service and they sold the tires to someone else!!! Waste day!!!

Don’t count on them for anything more than basic tire rotations and sensor replacements. After $130 replacing two sensors and two visits they still couldn’t tell me why my tire light was still on.

Was told on Saturday I could drop my car off with the possibility of getting two tires installed by the end of the day. After getting a ride to pick me up and waiting in line for 20min was told I have to have an appointment. Very inconvenient. If they would have told me I needed an appointment to begin with it would have been fine even thought they are booked out.

I was hoping the reviews were true but they certainly were. Terrible. I called ahead to get my flat tire fixed. It was in the tread so I shared with them this information. They said no problem. I got there and they said it would take an hour and a half, then they said they weren’t sure if they can fix it. I just took my tire and got it repaired at big-o the next day. 14 minutes and for free. I don’t even know why Costco has a tire store. ??♂️
