Went in to pay my phone bill the employee would not even consider taking my payment with out an ID never encountered a problem like this I always just need my pin , definitely won't be going back again

Usually decent service here. We did go today at 10:30 am but the door was locked with no sign of any employees even though store hours begin at 10:00 am and the open sign was flashing. We waited about 30 minutes but no one unlocked the door. That was very frustrating.

Less than a week ago I bought a speaker, they told me it was of good quality and the truth is that it is not, so I went to the same store today to return it, a white, light-haired woman of Colombian nationality helped me. , which tells me that I cannot return the products purchased in the store (they never told me that at the time of purchase), she tells me that on the back of the receipt this was specified, I could not find that information, I asked her to I will show that on the receipt, and indicate that they never told me that at the time of purchase; Not wanting to help me, I asked him for information on where I could make the claim online and his name, which made him so upset and upset!!, that he began to threaten me with calling the police, which he did, and I had to talk to him. the policeman and explain what had happened. Every seller and store must have this type of information in view, everywhere we have our rights as a consumer.
To add to this story, a month ago my mother-in-law set up an account and a cricket phone number with this same lady; At that moment he offered her insurance to which she replied no, I know because I was present. At the time of paying, the system did not accept my mother-in-law's card, so I paid with mine, until then everything was fine until my mother-in-law's account arrived with automatic payment to my account and also charging the insurance that we indicated. I don't want this lady. My mother-in-law complained to her but this lady's response was that she could renounce it, but there was no refund, and I for my part deleted the automatic payment registered to my card from an account that is not mine. Bad practices in this store.

Call the customer service and wouldn't asnwer phone and I pay bills and pay full amount..it still shut off phone.. company is not very good...I didn't turn my data on and used my wifi and still I pay full amount..and still shut off . I pay $96 shut off my phone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Honestly, terrible service and not even a hello. The girl with the blonde hair didn’t help us at all, she was angry, and looked like she didn’t want to work. I will not be coming here again. I would advise you to speak with her, or hire somebody new.
