Our RO system is such a game changer! We are huge water snobs and when Eagle Mountain's water started to taste worse and worse, we decided to ditch the faucet filter and go with RO through Culligan. Boy does it taste good! We paid the initial install fee and a rental fee for the cooler. This has been extremely valuable. Now that we've had it a couple years, the rental fee covers all cost of any equipment issues, which we've had only once and RO filter changes every year.
I write this review because of our recent experience with getting our filter change. Nate, one of the technicians, came to our house to change the filter but then we decided to load on some work for him and asked about our equipment causing our kitchen plug to trip. Nate went above and beyond replacing that thing. Since he had to come back with a replacement the next day, he offered us some water, free of charge, to hold us over until he could come by. He got the replacement in and our water back in wonder RO tasting greatness.
Even though we've had this system for a few years, and we've always been treated great, this last experience solidified it for us as long time customers!

UPDATE:A year later, I've had my second encounter for maintenance. It was awesome. Everybody was cool, professional up front, prompt, and double checked both their work and that I was satisfied. Good stuff, bumping from 2/5 to 5/5.ORIGINAL:I very much regret getting involved with Culligan. Their customer service has been mediocre at best. They've asked for personal information repeatedly through multiple venues and representatives (I suppose they can't keep track of it well). It was a month of back and forth to get the installation to occur. The final product is fine enough, so I'll give them 2 stars over 1.

We were using Mount Olympus water at my office back in 2014. The water was fine, but the service was terrible. I started looking for other options and found Culligan. We've now been with them for several years and love them! They've always been reliable and friendly, plus the water is delicious. Thanks, Culligan!
