Loved our experience with Curtis Auto, specifically with Jeff. Jeff talked us through the whole process of buying a car. We noticed a couple of things missing on the car we were wanting to buy, Jeff put it an order to get those pieces in. Jeff was very transparent about all of the numbers and made us feel taken care of. None of those outrageous dealer/doc fees. I do wish part of the vehicle purchasing was the customer leaving with a full tank of gas, we left with a completely empty tank (about 45 miles of range). Seems right by me to do that for a customer spending thousands on a car.

If I could give no stars I would. They sold me a car with a faulty transmission and refuse to replace it or fix it. The warranty is a damn joke. It doesn't cover anything. They just want your money and nothing else. Whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A HOLE NEW CAR IN A FEW WEEKS. I have only had the car for a month and I have only been able to drive it for a week. Took it back to them three different times for the same thing. They said there was nothing they could do. Then they tried to tell me that I just needed to add a bigger coolant in the transmission. Took it to someone else and they said it needs a hole new transmission. Do trust anything they say
Edited review. After some back and forth with them. They agreed to buy the car back for the purchase price.

I've had some really awful dealership experiences. Jeff was so great to work with. They could have listed my jeep for so much more but had it at a fair price and were totally transparent the whole time. I really wish bigger dealerships would take after guys like these.

Up front they seem like really good people however this was my first time buying a car and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage a bit. Had a bad catalytic converter which burst the flex pipe making the car drive worse and could potentially ruin the engine. Didn’t have a spare tire or jack. The A.C had a leak so that didn’t work. And last but not least while driving a month or two after receiving the car I was on the freeway and felt a rumbling noise and thumping so I pulled over as quick as I could to experience my tire rolling of the hill. The rim and tire wall was still attached. Which led to me finding out I had no spare tire nor jack :)
The repairs and cost of everything after what I bought it for ended up being around 2 grand👍

What a great place! Jeff was completely honest and patient. 0 pressure whatsoever. Jeff Made looking for the right car easy and enjoyable! He even offered to look up the Carfax for any of the other cars we were interested in at other dealers and private parties. Would definitely go here again when shopping for a new car!

I recently purchased a truck here and working. I usually get pretty skeptical with dealerships but when I met Jeff, I was immediately alleviated and knew I’d be in good hands. He was super helpful and extremely transparent. I would not feel opposed to purchase another vehicle here in the future!
