This has been my go-to pharmacy for more than 5 years! The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had an issue picking up my medications so far! Every visit I’ve had has been great!

They are always good to me, they answer their phone when I call and many times they can have my rx ready within the hour. I prefer them over other major pharmacies!

I've never had any issues with staff or services I'm just irritated they close for one half hour in the middle of the day. Take lunch in shifts like everyone else in service jobs.

Considering that they are located across a big University, they are very busy and understaffed. Long wait times are expected. They look like they are doing their best. Good service today.

This CVS likes to lie ? they said the pills was ready but it wasn't so they said come back in 20 minutes and they closed at 8 pm so we came before 8 and they said they was out of stock so we wasn't able to pick it up lie they could of told us at the beginning go to other CVS but it was too late it was pass 8 so we couldn't make it. So now my family won't go to them anymore I hate lying.

Every time I go to this pharmacy it is at least a half hour wait. They need to hire more people, or change something. Today, there were 9 people ahead of me when I got there. I have never not had to wait.

This CVS location is terrible. They never answer the phone, they don’t have prescriptions ready days after the doctor sends them over and have terrible customer service.

My experience at the CVS pharmacy in Orem was incredibly frustrating. The staff was unhelpful, and the lines were ridiculously long. It's disappointing when you need a quick solution, but instead, you're met with such inefficiency and indifference.

Always a long line. Often times no one at pickup window to help the line. Normally spend 45 min waiting just to pay at Pharmacy. I do not recommend them. I am petitioning my company to switch plans. Out of meds, horrible communication. I have found it easier to use Good RX and pay a bit more

Be weary of this CVS. There’s a reason there’s so many bad reviews. If you’re coming here for a strep throat test, just know it’ll take about a half hour to complete.
