I needed to have several items of business done the day I went in and they took care of everything very quickly, even though I was told that it would take some time. They also suggested that I apply for a better type of credit card since I pay off my charges as soon as I make them. I would not have known that this type of card was available had they not brought it to my attention. I appreciated how well they took care of me.

This is an amazing credit union with some fantastic employees. Alec helped answer all my questions and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I would recommend them anytime.

We have been with Deseret First Credit Union for a number of years and are always pleased with their service. We have had mortgages, car purchases, CD's, savings accounts, and a lot of questions answered over the years. Barbara Sosa was extremely helpful in our visit to the Orem Utah Branch this week! Thanks to all of their great employees!

I have been with Deseret Credit since 1995. I can trust them, they are a solid banking source, with competitive interest rates on CD accounts and missionaries saving plans. Most of all I can bank on a returning investments with out worries over integrity.

The Orem branch is the best!!! Alec, Daniel, and Philip are awesome. They are so personal and make you feel so loved. I moved Banks in October, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I now look for every opportunity to go to Desert First Credit Union, and see all my friends I have made. They always are capable to handle all my problems, in a timely manner.

I had a fantastic experience with Deseret First Credit Union in Orem. Philip and the entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere they've cultivated is impressive, always greeting you warmly and delivering top-notch service. The staff is not only personable, but also knowledgeable and eager to assist in any capacity. A solid 5-star rating from me, along with a big virtual high-five to the Orem Team!

My Visa card had incurred a couple of unauthorized charges, so I needed to block use of that card and replace it with a new one. I went to the Orem Branch of DFCU and they helped me make that change. The folks there were friendly, capable, and efficient. They turned a bad experience into a good one! Thanks!

they block my account whenever i make a purchase. charge me for unnecessary things and won't refund it. my pin now doesn't work and every time i've tried to contact them i've been left with NOTHING!! they are racist good for nothing douchebags.

Alec was so helpful in changing over my credit card. Hr had only met me once before when I was doing a short routine banking transaction. However when I came I. Today he ran remembered my name. Today's business went really smoothly and he answered all my questions and offered any extra help I might need. Good job, Alec!!

Phenomenal experience! Me and my fiance both work during their regular hours but we're able to squeeze in on a Friday right before they closed. The employees went above and beyond to help us out. We wanted to start a joint account right before we got married so we checked out DFCU. This bank is anything and everything your looking for. Daniel helped us out and he walked us through all the different tools available for us and this was really great for us since were new to joint accounts. Homeboi got us walking out of there very confident about our financial future. Best experience I've ever had at a bank/credit union. The one thing that you need to know if going to DFCU is it's not going to be a quick in and out thing. The employees will be very thorough with you leaving you confident when you walk out the door

Emily and Phillip great to work with! They were helpful, friendly and courteous. I came away having all my questions were answered and felt we made the right choice in setting up a new account for my daughter. Thanks so much. Please get a DFCU branch in Saratoga Springs ASAP!!!
