Phenomenal service. I bought a full set last fall and am here for a rotation. I went in initially to see if rotations were a complimentary service (assumed it was but wanted to double check). And it was included. I mentioned I was going to come back in the evening because that’s when I saw online the next available slot but the gentleman was quick to accommodate and get my tires rotated immediately. Never tried to upsell or push products which I deeply appreciate.

I waited over an hour for 1 tire pressure sensor to be replaced. I understand that they may be understaffed, but it seemed there were people standing around while my car was sitting in the parking lot. After about 50 miles of highway driving, the new sensor still was not working. I had to come back a day later to get a replacement, and when asking how long it would take, they said they weren’t sure. 40 minutes later, they fixed it.

I had an issue with my front passenger tire, Josh went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of!!! They were fast and the customer service Josh gave me was absolutely amazing!!! I live in Salt Lake City, but whenever I need anything done with my tires I will ONLY do business with Josh at the Orem Discount Tire!!! I am the General Manager at the Jared’s across the street, and I would love to have someone like Josh as part of my team!!! Discount Tire is very lucky to have an employee like Josh!!!

This location seems to be ok for the most part I haven’t had any problems and it is close to where I live which makes it convenient the only problem I have is when you walk in the front door there is usually only one person at the front desk to help they should have some other people since there are several work stations that can check people in and make the wait time a lot quicker for people.

Skylar was absolutely amazing and professional this morning! We're on our way back from Seattle to San Antonio, Texas and got a flat tire yesterday. Booked an appointment for this morning, and was in and out quickly! Much appreciated rapid resolution to yesterday's headache!

Bought a bunch of tires here over the years. Had those tires serviced, repaired and replaced at different times for different reasons. This most recent tire was a very odd size so it had to be ordered it got here quickly I received timely communication when they were ready and the thing that stands out me the most these guys they always have a smile on their face and they have a culture of hustle. They want to make you happy and they want to do it fast. Great work ethic, great service, excellent prices on good products that they stand behind. Ill keep coming back!

Staff is absolutely incredible! I was hesitant getting my two rear tires replaced- car stuff is always so daunting ? But Gabe over the phone was great! He had great recommendations and gave me an accurate quote. Alex, in person, checked me in and walked me through the process and what would be going on. Highly impressed & recommend!!

I came in with two 12-in tires that I had already mounted on the wheels, I just needed a balanced. I was given a 30-minute tie frame for completion. At 40 minutes when I walked up to check on everything I was notified that they were just jumping on it. I know the store I went to was under construction but it looked like they only had two guys in the bay and two cars in the bays. This location is extremely understaffed and not prepared for warranty work and walk in work. The staff were nice just overbooked and not able to handle the load. While I was there three other cars pulled up and drove off. So you guys are missing out on work because of your staffing shortages and mismanagement.

This location is OUTSTANDING. I spoke to Justin on the phone yesterday about how to get new tires. He was knowledgeable, positive and let me know they would be happy to help. I came in this morning and James got me set up with the right set for my vehicle. It was a busy morning and the team made sure I was attended to in a timely manner. James was professional, personable, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I am very impressed by the Discount Tire team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
