I would just like to know what has happened to Dish?You cannot talk to anyone. The web page is damaged some how... password does not work, no link to change it. My service has been raised to $190 with no notice. No one to talk to about that. I can't even cancel the service... no one in customer service to talk to. Used to be one of the finest companies to work with as a customer. Now, it has really become the opposite. I wish I could just cancel and go to Apple TV.

Zero customer service. We waited over an hour to talk to someone-they closed and hung up on us. I called back the next morning-still no help. I had to do my own technical troubleshooting to fix the problem.If that isn’t enough, they are WAY overpriced.

ABSOLUTE WORST! Please never sign with Dish Network. They are very dishonest. I was hoping for far better because the reviews I read prior to signing up were bad and I was hoping that they weren't true. But yes, they are very dishonest. Ive never experiences such a bad experience with customer service and a company in general. STAY FAR AWAY AND DO NOT SIGN WITH DISH!!!! I promise you will end of loosing $473 like I did because I canceled only after 26 day of service, I couldn't take them anymore.

I signed a contract with Dish Network just to watch an international channel. They stopped showing the channel and they charged me to close the contract...VERY DISHONEST. Stay away!
