Super disappointed. My 18 year old son saved $8000 to put a down payment on a truck. We drove 4 hours to your dealership. And although you were both patient with us. I feel like you knew there were problems with the oil and just covered it up with “we overfilled the oil”. He has had the truck for a month and hasn’t even made his first payment. And now the truck is not drivable. It’s so hard to see your child work extremely hard and pay his own way just to have this happen. He had all the faith in the world in you guys.

We had a fantastic experience working with Scott at DriveRight Automotive. He was incredibly helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond to assist us in our search for the right vehicle. He kept us updated on available options and even offered to provide a vehicle history report to ensure we had all the necessary information.
Ultimately, we found a 4Runner elsewhere that was the perfect fit for us, but the only downside was not being able to purchase through Scott! His professionalism and customer service were outstanding, and I truly appreciate how easy he made the process.
If you’re looking for a dealer who is honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right car, I highly recommend Scott and DriveRight Automotive. We’ll definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle needs!

6 month review - I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Drive Right in April and it has been an amazing truck. Cade and Scott are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and are looking to take care of every customer. Definitely would recommend you check them out for a great car buying experience. Having purchased a few vehicles over the years, Drive Right definitely gave the best experience.

These guys were great to work with. No games that seem to be the standard for car dealers these days. Their prices are more than fair and they don’t have all of those ridiculous fees you see most dealers are crushing customers with. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Honest, transparent, and customer service oriented. I have known, and done business with Kade for over 8 years now. I recently purchased a vehicle from him at Drive Right Auto.The experience was so much better than other dealers I have purchased from. Zero pressure and super straight forward. The amount of time that he spent with me either on the phone, or in person was above and beyond what he needed to. There was one night he was at his office processing my paperwork until 8 pm at night. They are dedicated to helping you find the right vehicle at a good price. I refer everyone I know, that is looking for a vehicle, to them. If you are looking for a vehicle go with these guys.

Scott and Kaden were amazing! I was so impressed with them. When I was test driving a car there was a small issue and they fixed it right there to have it perfect. I will definitely be back and tell my friends and family to go there also. These guys are awesome!

Quality , Service , Reputation. When you find a place that really care about those values you feel great about what you buy . I got an f150 about a month ago I got the best set up a great price . I just went back for a car for my daughter I went around town looking for the right car but all I got was terrible or lil to no service. Go check it out you won't regret it ... your welcome

I give these guys two stars (read to the end to see why). My wife and I came shopping for an F-150. Our initial experience was good, they were very polite, upbeat and seemed very knowledgeable about their products.It turned out that they did have the truck we wanted, but they told us they needed to replace the timing chains and cam phasers before selling to us. They also said they would replace all the seals involved with that repair. We agreed that those repairs would be included in their asking price.Fast forward three days after repairs are done and I take possession of the truck: I discovered that there was a steady leak coming out of one of the valve cover gaskets. They themselves claim to have replaced those along with the other things. I called them, they advised me to try and spray white lithium grease on the leaking gasket to get it to seal, then "we can go from there." I followed the advice, and it didn't work. So I tried calling them again several times over several days. They completely ghosted me. So now I am paying a different shop $500 to redo both sets of valve cover gaskets.One other issue I ran into is I asked for some kind of reciept or record of the work that was done with those repairs, so I could have them for my own records. They said they would the day I bought the truck, but since then acted weird every time I asked about it, and then never delivered on that promise.I suppose technically speaking they aren't fully in the wrong, since I bought the vehicle "as is," but they did tell me they would help me out in the off chance I ran into issues right after the sale, which I did. I was very disappointed with how they handled my situation, and I probably will not be buying my next vehicle from them. My advice to anyone who does deal with them is to do your homework, know what you're buying and to not just take their word for anything, but insist on written promises and receipts for any work done BEFORE you hand them your loan check.They receive two stars because they were very nice during the sale, and they did seem to have my interests in mind as I was shopping for my truck. The missing three stars is for their lack of concern and remedy for the issues directly related to the things they just fixed.

I love this dealership! Kade and Scott were so kind and accommodating. I got an amazing deal on a white Lexus Rx350 in beautiful condition which was also delivered to me! I am grateful I found this place and will never go anywhere else.
