Abigail is the greatest, the one above all! She was so nice and helped me feel comfortable even though commercial gyms are not usual a good environment for me. I would recommend coming here to anyone if you want a gym that feels like home!

Today as I entered the gym a short guy named Aaron accused me of lying about my identity making me go out to my car to retrieve my ID. Aaron who explained he’s the GM is who sold me my membership originally.. he must not care about , or remember his clients. Very poor experience. I felt very unwelcome.

I was attending EOS happily for about 2 years without issues but sadly blew out my knee. After this happened I could not go to the gym or do anything with my legs. EOS stopped charging me which was great but then resumed charging me 2 months after my surgery where I still couldn’t do anything. I requested them to stop the charges due to my life event and recovery. They came back denying the ability to take care of the refund and continued charging me. I tried multiple times to fight the charges but encountered the same horrible customer service each time. Very disappointed and do not recommend EOS to anyone at this point.
Update November 14 2024
I was told by an EOS representative that they would have someone address my issue on Nov 2nd 2024, no one has reached out. Then I was charged once again for the amount of $192 for an activity I haven't been able to use due to my injury. I have asked repeatedly for the past 4 months to stop the charges with no resolution. This is horrible customer service of a company that I expected more from. The total amount of money they have taken, instead of helping me, is $1,536.00. Very selfish and money driven.

The worst gym ever! We signed for the free 7day trial and when we got there we weren't allowed to go inside. The staff was as rude as possible. Very disappointing. Watch out for scam!

By far one of my favorite gyms I've been a member of! Clean, Stocked and even when busy you can still find a spot/place to get a workout in. Membership prices were fair and after I moved canceling was made a breeze.
P.S Abigail is a fire employee, thanks for the help! ???

The Facilities are good but if you loose a job and run into financial hardship its a royal pain to cancel and they even charge you an extra month to cancel. This is unacceptable.

Dear Eos Manager,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant odor emanating from the urinals in our facility. Despite being a relatively new building, the urinals appear to be old and covered in scale and grime. It seems that the maintenance staff is not cleaning them properly or using appropriate cleaning products.
The smell is not only unpleasant but also unhygienic. It is disheartening to think that such a state of affairs exists in a brand-new facility. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that the urinals are cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
If it is not possible to eliminate the odor completely, I suggest placing double aromatic rubbers to help mask the smell.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Here’s the deal: Avoid the sneaky/hidden salesmen, don’t buy into them, unless you actually want the upgrades. Get the free trial online, and signup for your membership online, NOT in person. I found out afterwards they lied to me by saying if I left now, the same deal they offered me wouldn't be available anymore, to which I found actually was available for signup online. Resist the complimentary stretching and training. They are the typical summer sales kind of people. I learned the hard way by wasting 3 hours with them in person. Then do your thing and they shouldn’t bug you. Also understand the hidden fees and rules for downgrading, canceling, and the annual membership. Other than all of that, this is a great gym with high quality equipment. 2 stars for the equipment, and -3 for a high-sales-pushy priority.

EoS Orem has great facilities, but on my first visit to the gym, they brought me to a sales desk and gave me sales pitches for different programs for about an hour. I understand the need for sales, but I expressed my lack of interest in the programs multiple times, and they still persisted, which was quite annoying. It was almost enough for me to cancel my membership and go somewhere that prioritizes customer experience more. Basically when signing up, be prepared to decline a bunch of things. You may have to even be a bit rude for them to pick up on signals, because my kind attitude was punished with more sales pitches.
Edit: Also the link that it gives you to review their store brings you to the Whittier, CA location review section. I don't know if I find this hilarious or awful.

I recently visited EOS Fitness and paid the $20 daily pass fee, which I found to be overpriced for a single day, essentially “highway robbery,” especially considering the condition of the facility. The main gym areas felt dirty, with debris around the equipment. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was even worse. I didn’t think I needed to read reviews before walking into a Popular Gym.
