Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!
I recently visited Eyeglass World for the first time to buy contacts, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Wilfredo. He took the time to really listen to my past experiences with contacts and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations that perfectly fit my needs. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants each customer to leave with the best option possible. His attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. He went above and beyond in every way.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Aericka, the store manager, who was just as wonderful! Her positive energy and kindhearted nature made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a team that’s this caring, attentive, and dedicated to great service.
I’m so grateful I chose this location. Highly recommend Eyeglass World! I’ll definitely be coming back. 👏🏼

The staff are friendly and always helpful. Each time I've been into the store I've been treated amazingly. Sydney and Nic are fantastic and treat people with the utmost respect. Eye exam was great and it was first time ever getting contacts. I was shown everything I needed to know about inserting and removing them. Great experience and great team atmosphere.

I had such a great experience during my eye exam and glasses purchase! The Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly and gave great recommendations. Airaka, the manager, was amazing at helping me find the cutest frames that fit my face perfectly. She also made sure I was happy and satisfied with my entire experience before I left. Sydney and Carlos were so friendly and efficient during checkout and made the process super smooth. The whole team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me see and look my best. Highly recommend!

The front, retail part of the store is a joke. The supposed manager and employees there do not treat customers with respect. They don’t communicate and get mad when you ask questions and ask for your eye exam results. I really liked the eye doctor, but unfortunately won’t return due to the retail employees.

The manager of this location is rude and condescending. While the optometrist and his secretary are great, i cant recommend them based on the attitude and unprofessional behavior of the manager and staff in the retail part of the store.

DO NOT COME HERE! The Manager Erica and employee Wilfredo are the absolute worst. The first red flag was when we called to make an eye exam appointment the employee who answered (Wilfredo) spoke almost no English and the little bit he does speak, he speaks with a really bad accent. It took 30 mins just to make the appointment.
The Optometrist, Dr. Jackson was AWESOME! He’s the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience.
After the exam, we were passed to Wilfredo who again struggled to communicate and we told him we only wanted pricing, we weren’t going to buy contacts yet. He then brought up the pricing and asked if we were going to pay. We again told him we weren’t buying contacts.
He then called over Erica whose first comment was “they aren’t getting contacts?” She then spent 15+ minutes on the computer until she gave it back to Wilfredo. He charged use for the exam, but first made us sign that we had received our prescriptions. He gave us some papers and we went to our car. After reviewing the papers we realized they had only given us the prescription for glasses but not contacts.
We went back in and Wilfredo said he wasn’t allowed to give us the contact prescription. After insisting, Erica came and said that because we weren’t ready to buy contacts (we said we wanted to make sure they worked) we had to come back in a week and the Dr would “release” the prescription.
We continued to insist and they finally gave us the prescription, but it turned out they intentionally put the expiration date as today’s date, meaning the prescription was worthless.
We went back and again asked why we weren’t allowed to have the prescription we paid for and both Wilfredo and Erica continued to give ignorant excuses until we finally were given a valid prescription. If someone from corporate Eyeglass World reads this, please post a contact number, I’d really like to discuss the unprofessional behavior further. Everyone else, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will appreciate your business.

The string holding my lens in on my half rim glasses snapped and they repaired it for free in about 5 mins when I walked in without any appointment.

Stopped by to get my glasses adjusted while we were in town, and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My glasses are much better now, and they didn't even charge me! ❤️

Love the doctor but the staff don’t engage with people walking in. I’ve walked in 3 different times over the last few months and nobody said hi or how can we help you or be with you soon. I just sat in a chair waiting for 30 mins each time while staff wiped lenses or did paperwork. I understand they have work to do besides customer service but literally nobody is walking in to browse, we need something. It isn’t until someone else walks in and up to someone and asks for help before they do something with the customers. It’s so frustrating.

All of the staff I worked with today were so kind and helpful. The eye doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the results of my eye screenings and my prescription changes. I can't remember the name of the associate who helped me (sorry!). She has long brown hair and was so enthusiastic and patient. I am very picky about my frames and take FOREVER to pick out a new pair. I try on practically every pair in the store and still agonize over the decision. Anyway, the associate was so incredibly kind and happily helped me locate frames in the colors and shapes that I like. Then helped me go through each pair I modeled and discuss pros and cons of each. She probably spent 1.5 hours with me and was still as cheerful and enthusiastic at the end as she was at the beginning of my search. And she helped me find the perfect pair that brings out my eye color brilliantly. I will absolutely be back!

If you are needing new glasses go to the Orem Eyeglass World and ask for Sydney. She was so patient and so efficiant in her job. Thank you for helping my impatient teenager. We will be back again!
