I started the 6 week challenge in September and saw amazing results!! I lost 7% of my body fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle. The classes are easy to follow and each trainer is so nice! I highly recommend.

I did the 6 week challenge and fell in love with this gym! (the 6 week challenge includes meeting a % body fat loss & attending 3 classes a week) The workouts and coaches were amazing and it really pushed me physically! Ive never been successful at weight loss before and this program really pushed me to reach my goals

I love this gym! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. I love being able to see the progression I’ve had specifically when it comes to strength. It’s amazing to see how you can push yourself when others are celebrating you while you do it! The coaches are awesome and so knowledgeable, no egos here! Great music the whole time and people are easy to talk to! Love this place! Check out their instagram!

I signed up to do the 28-day challenge bc I was plateauing in my progress for weight loss. After 1 month I’m so glad I did it! I lost 13.6 lbs of fat and decreased my body fat by 5% (27.27% -> 21.92%). I definitely will continue coming here!The classes are fun and the 45 mins go by so fast! The first week was the hardest, but it became much more manageable the more I went. You are constantly pushing yourself; I sweated a LOT. It’s also great bc you can take it at your own pace. It really is all about you vs you and pushing past your own limits.The trainers are all so nice and all know my name personally. They make the effort to personalize and adapt some exercises to you individually so you are lifting correctly and safely. They are always there supporting you to continue pushing yourself.There are cardio days and strength days, so you will still get your kick of lifting heavy. There were so many exercises I’ve learned from the classes that I would never have adopted. Some exercises repeat, but after a month I can safely say no two days are exactly the same.All the people there are super nice, friendly, and supportive. They all are going through it with you and know it’s hard. It’s always a positive vibe; it’s refreshing. You don’t need to worry about other people judging your workout or exercise bc we are all doing the same exercises.

For the last several months, I've been working out with this group and they have been amazing. The workouts are challenging and certainly push you, but the trainers are so kind and positive in how they motivate you in your workout. For my goals, it has been a great kick start to move me in the right direction and help me achieve the long term health I've been looking for. In addition to the great trainers, the culture and environment have been wonderful, where no matter the age or ability, we all encourage and support one another through the workouts, even the most challenging ones. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! I only wish it was a bit more convenient to where I work and live.

TLDR: Fun workouts with great coaches and love the community element. Not as much out of gym support as I thought there would be and too expensive for me as a college student.I think this is a great gym especially if you're trying to lose weight or just generally increase fitness. I did a 4 week challenge with them and that was also really helpful for me. My goal was to put on 4lbs of muscle in those 4 weeks (I'd been trying unsuccessfully to bulk for a long time) and the challenge really jumpstarted me in that! The workouts were really enjoyable and especially towards the end I felt like they were more what I needed, but definitely make sure you understand what functional fitness is before you sign up especially if your goal is to bulk. In my opinion the workouts weren't necessarily the best for someone just trying to put on muscle quickly. The workouts really are great for anybody with other goals though, and just from the perspective of someone who loves to workout they are a lot of fun! The coaches do a good job (some a little better than others) at correcting your form and making sure you're lifting safely and effectively. The community element of the workouts is really fun and definitely pushes you to work harder. I think especially if you were going to be going long term that community side of things would be amazing. I met a lot of great people there who I really enjoyed working out with for my 4 weeks.In regards to the challenge I think for me the most impactful part was just having $500 hanging over my head as motivation to finish (which I did). I've actually set up a system with a friend now to continue that type of accountability because it was very motivating for me. I was however hoping for a lot more nutritional guidance as part of my challenge and all I got was a 2 page pdf of pretty general guidelines and food suggestions. The coach I was paired with didn't really seem to know much about nutrition or at least didn't want to take the time to really help me with it because I was always just referred back to that pdf when I had questions. Ultimately, I ended up using the meal plan for some food suggestions but took matters into my own hands for most of the diet side of things (the first two weeks I followed the plan closely and didn't really see any results, then the last two weeks when I took over I put on 6lbs of muscle). So that was disappointing partly just because nutritional guidance was one of the things I was most excited for about the challenge. Honestly though I feel like everybody who is serious about fitness needs to just go do a bunch of research for themselves though and not be dependent on outside help nutritionally anyway.Ultimately the reasons I didn't continue are just that I didn't feel like the workouts were best for me and my goals (the were good but not the best), and it is just too expensive for me as a college student. If I were older and better off financially, and if my fitness goals weren't specifically bulking quickly I would absolutely get a membership at F45!

Such a good experience! Awesome trainers and environment:) I did the 28 day challenge and I feel so much stronger and I look a lot more toned. I highly recommend this gym if you are new to exercising and don’t really know how to workout at a gym!

I went to F45 for roughly a year. Great gym and great workouts. Every day is a different workout and they can be tough. I'm an older guy and I lost a lot of weight and got in really good shape. Thanks to Kelsey and a couple of the trainers there and their nutrition knowledge. They have a cool machine that not only weighs your but helps you find your body measurements and fat percentages etc. Great place - enjoyed my time there. I torn Achilles and that ended by HIIT training for a while.

I always feel like I'm being challenged and learning new ways to strengthen and move my body. Also the environment is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love the effort they put into getting to know each person that attends the classes. Overall would highly recommend trying F45!
