I read the reviews for this store, but I am looking for a very hard to come by color of material, so I thought I'd give it a go. When I went in with my husband, another lady was being helped. There were 2 sales ladies there. When the customer left the shop, I thought one would come see if we needed any help. No, we were ignored, even though it was quite obvious that we needed help as we had gone from one end of the store to the other. The sales ladies were just chatting with each other. I went up to the counter with only finding 1 color that would work and was not asked if I needed any help. I asked for 1/3 of a yard, which would have been around $4.00 since it was $12.98 a yard. I was told it was $6.49, which I didn't think anything about, and paid the $6.49. I asked where the bathroom was and was told. As I heading to the bathroom, the sales lady, Cynthia, who handled my transaction, went up to the other sales person and was showing her something on my sales receipt, which I thought was extremely odd as it was just a receipt for a small piece of material. I was still feeling off about her behavior and so when I got to my car, I looked at the material, and it was only 1/3 yard of material, but she had charged me for 1/2 a yard, hence the $6.49. What made me so mad, was she knew it, that she over charged me and that was what she was showing the other sales person, how she got away with over charging me. I immediately went back into the store and told her that she had over charged me, and she lightly laughed, to me, admitting her deception. She paid me the difference back in cash and never said anything. She knew she was stealing from me and it didn't bother her. I will NEVER shop here again with having a sales person who can easily steal from a customer and have no regrets. Who else has she stole from before me?

Most unprofessional and unfriendly employees of any store I’ve been to. I’ve been in MANY times and I’ve never been acknowledged when I walk in or while shopping. I was in there for 15-20 minutes last week and not a word was said to me and I was the only person in the store. If you ask them a question they are very knowledgeable, but they will never offer their help. The employees stand at the counter gossiping every time I am there-which always consists of talking about customers that just left. Just know once you leave the store they are talking very loud and rudely about you and anything personal you’ve shared for everyone to hear! I’ll never go back.

I'm never coming back! The staff is rude to the clientele not to say that they are rude. Maybe in front of the owners they act friendly but when they are alone it seems that it bothers them that customers come. On top of that, they deliver your purchases IN GARBAGE BAGS (see photos). Invest some coins in bags. Even I, who am an entrepreneur, deliver my product in a better presentation. The fabrics are not extraordinary. Go to Fabric Center (excellent service too) or Joanne which has more variety. That's not how a business prospers!
I give it to them under obligation because they don't deserve it either.

Cool, small shop packed with beautiful cottons and quilting supplies. I bought 100% high quality cotton for 9 bucks a yard for a chemise for a costume. The lady was very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable!

I love this quilt shop and stop by every time we visit Utah! They have a huge selection of Minky fabric, designer cotton and bamboo batting. The ladies are super nice and go out of their way to help you!

I love this fabric store. great selection of all kinds of fabrics! I always try to stop here when I'm in town. I wish my town had a great local fabric store like this! Fabric Mill is a Utah County gem!
