Absolutely rude employees!
So I didn’t know that you had to ring the bell and I ask the lady that I need to check out so there was other lady can and said that she didn’t hear the bell and she said will she did not ring the bell , so I hand her a 100 dollar bill and she throw it and me said we can’t take that it’s too big of a bill for what you bought they thought o didn’t understand them talking about me

Absolutely rude employees! One went to the bathroom and Malinda & Jace were standing by the restrooms laughing and saying the other cashier was in there way too long. And Malinda had the nerve to say " he's been in there for 6 minutes that's longer than my normal" like WHO CARES! Why are u even TIMING HIM?!?! Jace and Malinda are rude and disrespectful. They're also the ones who would made racist remarks and think it's funny. I will not be coming back because of their disgusting actions.

Who ever is working there this week 07/20/2023.Are so unprofessional, rude with customer I know this is Not the usual employees that I see there this is some up on management temporary workers. I walk in because the door was open I got yell by someone that work there they raise the voice saying their are working on the floor or something.Anyway regular employees out there are awesome hope this temporary people won’t state longer Dolar Tree is always an option ?

Went to the Family Dollar in Orem Utah at 9:45 and the doors were locked. Store hours posted on door show that it’s open at 9AM. I called the store, no answer! I went around back and found 2 staff members unloading a truck They said they they would not open the store until they unload their truck. No apology, no answer as to when they would open. No notification on their door and a bit of an attitude when I asked. Just a very blunt, sharp response. I’ll drive somewhere else from now on. Customers are clearly not a priority.

The store was well stocked. The associate was helpful. I saw an item on the internet that was listed at Family Dollar for a significantly lower price than anyone else. Unfortunately it was sold out.

Left right after I got said that I don't mean to be a pain but can you park somewhere else I have an eighteen wheeler coming. Only good spot for me to considering I drive a Ford F350 superduty! plus I'm in an arm sling, so I'm not having an easy time driving anyways. Plus went out of my way to go to your store. I guess you don't care about your customers unless it benefits you! Thanks for making me not feel wanted or caring about the situation.

I go to this store all the time, and I've never had a problem till the last couple of times I have been. I have felt nothing but uncomfortable every time the employees/ managers are rude, judgemental, and follow customers/ myself around the store pretending to restock the shelves.
