Pretty standard selection nothing special. Their prices are really high. I think their clearance rack is a scam. Like 2% off really isn’t clearance. I wouldn’t normally shop here anyway but had a gift card. I didn’t know gift cards could have expirations anymore but famous gift cards EXPIRE. Finally found some shoes I was ok with and the box they came in was thrashed, and falling apart. The employees didn’t really care. They did replace it with a random box. I don’t expect much out of mall employees but I feel like their customer service was pretty bad even with that said. Good place to get ripped off.

Don't buy shoes here, and do not even think in purchasing e-gift cards and shoes from the website. They sell to you shoes that they don't have in stock at the store (even in the website says it is) and then, they will not reimburse you the e-gift card you used to buy the shoes. You call customer service and they refer you to talk to the e-gift card seller that are THEMSELVES to get returned the money, but will never give you your money back.

I will never shop at this location again, the manager was very very rude. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and refuse to be treated the way he treated me. I returned some shoes I bought at another store today to try and save some money with the deal that was going on because my other daughter found a pair she likes but they didn’t have her size at the other store and I asked the lady at the counter if I would get my rewards back and she assured me I would and so I continued with the return and then she was mad at me about returning them to buy them again when I explained to her what we were trying to do. The manager comes over and gets all mad at us and tells us what we did was pointless because the other shoes I wanted weren’t part of the deal which was fine but I would have saved them the trouble of the return if the girl at the desk would have told me that in the first place. Well I go along with my purchase and I asked about applying my reward and she tells me that it’s expired now and I asked how I just used it on those other shoes today??? I tried to explain it to the manager and he was ignorant and not helpful at all.

The store is dirty. When I spoke to the Manager, she told me when Corporate allowed more in the budget and didn't demand they be out by 9:15 they could clean then. Really? Employees can clean instead of standing around talking. Grab a broom, spot mop!!!

I was just given very rude attitude by an extremely unhelpful lady working the closing shift. Long story short - she wouldn’t accept this coupon all because it was missing a code apparently. I drove all the way here with two young kids simply because of this coupon. We had no idea it needed any other portion of it to work.If she would’ve said it in a very kind way that would’ve been fine. Maybe “I’m so sorry - let me ask my manager if there is anything I can do”. Or “you know what - let me help you order them online there is a deal going on there”. Or “I can possibly try to push it through for you, I know your hands look full with two young kids”. Etc.Instead she acted rude, condescending, and said there was nothing she could do. Presented no kindness or solutions.So I left with a crying kid all while she laughed and snarked with her co-worker as I walked away simply because I acted frustrated.Now you lost the sale, lost a regular customer, and you earned a poor review.

If you are looking for a footwear store that isn't particularly famous and whose footwear will not make you famous by default and where the selection is mostly skewed toward women and not grown men, and that only exists in malls, then famous footwear may be the place for you.We found the selection of men's footwear to be very lacking, but ultimately we were able to find some shoes for the progeny that was with me. While the prices seem high, they're not really that high compared to most other stores that aren't outlets or discount places.This particular store in University mall was in some pretty substantial disarray. Efforts could be made to train the employees there to tidy regularly and sweep.

Boring. The store is often disheveled. Staff seems to be perma-miserable. Not very helpful when I engage them. And they never have my size in anything, so why bother anymore?

They have signs all over the converse right now that say "buy 1 get one half off.". Well guess what one brand doesn't apply for this promotion? Yeah... The converse that are all right under the giant flag of the promotion. Haha.
