Today is Saturday, and I came to this location before 6 PM, but the store was already closed. What’s going on? I even bumped into the automatic door. Please update your hours on Google Maps because it still shows the store as open.

Chloe was awesome!! I came earlier in the afternoon to use the copier in self checkout! I paid and copied my pages and left to handle the business I had with my copies when I arrived I noticed the pages were blank! With little ink marks on them. I came back and Choles customer service was above and beyond! She also knows what she’s talking about she looked up my purchase using the last four digits of my card. I know that process isn’t on the main page of pos! Thanks Chole and team!!

Chloe was amazing!! I had a tricky project I needed help with and she was extremely patient and kind. She was working alone but was fast and efficient and very kind and friendly to everyone!!!! I’m grateful for her help!

this Fedex print center was a LIFE SAVER for our family. Last minute posters needed for end of school stuff, we were so behind and they worked with us, the ONLY place that would. They helped us get what we needed printed and even remembered a discount to apply we didn’t know about. Chloe and the team were amazing!!

Came into this store by my house & helped my dad with documents for his lawyer in California. We asked for help since I didn’t know ho to use the printer. She helped with the copy process & the email sending. All within 5 minutes

I had the pleasure of working with Lilly at the FedEx location in Orem, and I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with her service. As the assistant manager, she handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude that made my experience truly outstanding. Lilly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
She showed incredible leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the services offered, and a genuine willingness to help. If there’s anyone who deserves a promotion to manager, it’s definitely Lilly. They returned my package without any reason. I tried calling customer service, but there was no answer. So far, UPS and USPS have been far better than FedEx—I’ve had no issues with them. I currently have 15 orders with no updates, and the employees here can’t help you. They only tell you to call customer service, but customer service never answers

I've been here only a couple of times and the staff here are friendly and very helpful. It's fast and easy if you're just here printing the label and sticking it onto your package and drop it off. I'm not sure about other services.
