Went to pick up a package. It was scanned in with a location and they could not find it. Records did not show it being scanned to leave the facility. Person in charge told me they have an employee that does not do things correctly and that he would have to follow up with him. Sounds like internal theft to me.

Service on site was slow but fine. My biggest complaint is that their AI auto call response gizmo provided terrible service. It refused to connect me with an actual person when I got conflicting information and decided to eventually hang up on me instead of providing assistance

I love that it's a focused location- it's not in another store, it's not also a copy center - it just help me mail my packages which is what I want. I also really like that they're parking so close to the door. Even when I can't get a cart it's not hard to get my heavy boxes inside. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I also like that the hours are later than any of the other FedExs around m

Medical supplies not delivered but email said I wasn't home. No slip or knock on the door. Customer service is a waste of time. Maybe tomorrow.

You can schedule a pick up online, but the chances of this local fedex actually picking up the shipment are 50/50. I guess it is based on how the driver feels that day. And there is no way to contact the local office to get them to make it a priority once they missed the pickup.

My business dropped off a package to have it overnighted to a PO box and they said it was alright. Turns out they do not deliver to PO boxes and they never called me to update the address and it was delivered to a random persons house. I paid $90 for that.
Now FEDEX won't refund me because they said I provided the wrong address, which isn't true.

I really wish companies would tell you they’re having your package delivered with FedEx. EVERYTIME they deliver to us they leave it on the first floor to be taken by whoever sees it first. We have to stalk the tracking just to make sure we get to it first. Worst delivery company ever. Next time I’m gonna do what I can to cancel once I see it’s being delivered by this worthless company. Wish I could leave no stars you don’t even deserve the one!

Extreme incompetency-- if you are not constantly available to wait at the door for when the driver randomly shows up, they will send your package into the void. On the very first delivery attempt, they left a slip with the signature box scribbled out, so I followed all their instructions of creating an account and requesting the package to be held for pickup because of all the problems I've had with them before (they still require an in-person signature and do not give any option to opt out of it despite creating an account with all my personal info and despite an easy secure delivery setup at my house)-- yet the following days the driver kept trying to deliver it rather than hold it for pickup, and then finally they are going to hold it but now the package has been lost for 3 days! This isn't just incompetency, because these issues could easily be fixed or I could have picked up the package if they would have just followed their own instructions-- this seems much more like purposeful malicious intent at incompetency. It's hilarious to think how many hours and how much gas these idiots must waste due to their inefficiencies when all these issues could have easily been resolved on the first day.
