ABSOLUTELY Horrible!!!
Brock Riley was so unprofessional and rude. He lied and was awful. WARNING... they are trying to scam you. They purposely do not allow you to make payments so you can't get ahead. Not informative, sell your loan off and block your payments so you fall behind. Disgraceful!

Jessica Dahl is the greatest human being that ever lived. She's who I use for all my mortgage needs and I send all my people to her. She's a hustler, and gets stuff done. If it can be done she'll make it happen. First colony is great, but make sure to use Jessica Dahl because she's phenomenal.

This was my first home purchase. First Colony’s app was easy to use and their loan officer,Tyler Baer was simply the best! He helped me figure out the best plan and was there to explain the nitty gritty every step of the way.

We have worked with First Colony Mortgage multiple times when purchasing our home and, most recently, when we refinanced this month. Scott Crandall has been helping us the last few weeks with our refinance and he has been awesome to work with! I strongly recommend working with Scott. He made our refinance such a simple process. He's extremely educated and answered all of the questions we had. Scott made sure to get us the best rate possible and also balance our closing costs. Communication with Scott was so easy and I knew I could reach out at any time for help. He sent frequent updates so we knew things were moving forward, even though the process can take some time to finalize.
