While on vacation found my truck to be horribly out of alignment. Stopped in on a Friday morning, and they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule. Found the reason for the misalignment, and had me on my way with a very fair bill. Thanks much!

I have a 1958 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud I. I've had Flips work on it twice, once for brake work, and once for some engine work. Both times, the service and overall work was impeccable, from Kristen to the whole crew (shoutout to T.J.!). Wow, great service...My daughters were traveling through Utah and got a warning light to pull over. As a member of a local BNI Chapter in PA, I found Flips and Kristen. I mean, what do you do when your kids are 2K miles away and having car troubles with a week to go on their journey?? Anyone can look up a service in an area and use a BNI business. BNI has a code of ethics and boy did Kristen's business follow them. I received two service quote options and a highlighted diagram outlining the issue via text and I was able to make a choice. Unbelievable BUT very believable because I knew I could trust Kristen. Sooooo appreciative of the service, communications and last, the fact that they could take care of the issue and my girls were able to resume their trip. They got to Flagstaff 5 hours later than expected BUT Flip's saved the day. Great Job, Kristen and Staff. You have a friend in Quakertown PA. Flips is amazing! I went to go get my car looked at after it has been in an accident, and I was told I had a two-hour wait for them to get it looked at (which is a lot better than I've had in most repair shops). They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely going to be coming back here for my future car needs.

I don’t usually like going to car repair shops because I always feel taken advantage of, but I decided to give Flip’s a try! They were SO kind, quick, and helpful. They seemed pretty busy when I walked in but made time for my car regardless. I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all and they fixed my problem within 5 minutes of me being there. This place is so nice and welcoming! The lady at the front desk was so nice to talk to and even with all the business they were getting she remained calm and kept her guests as happy as possible. The repairs were done at a decent price and in good time even with a rush. I will definitely come back here for future car repairs!
