The manager was very rude. I was buying an outfit and the cashier needed the manager for approval and she gave me attitude the whole time acting very rude. She was short with me and acted as if i didn’t know what I was buying. She walked away before I could even ask questions about delivery options. The cashier however was nice and helpful. I didn’t get her name but she had black curly hair. I’d give 1 star if it weren’t for her. I will not be returning to this location.

Came here and made a purchase. We had asked for a receipt they said the machine was down and could no longer print. They had us type our email for a receipt we verified it twice. We waited and never received an email. We called shortly after and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. We then called the next day. We explained the situation and needed a receipt since we had made the purchase for a client who lives in a state facility. The lady who I spoke with claimed to be a manger and said her name Emma. This is the rudest person ever definitely needs to work on her communication skills and how to manage. It’s not our fault the receipt machine was down. But instead of her being understanding she was completely rude and had a nasty attitude. This is not good customer service. Save your time and find a manger who will attract customers and not drive them away. Through the entire phone call she was rude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s also very strange how when we called yesterday the staff said they couldn’t do anything then she claimed she could not pull receipts up. Then magically she can. Customer service isn’t picking and choosing when to help but actively trying to help customers. Not only was she a brat but also lied.

This Foot Locker provides great service. There are a lot of aspects that are great about this store. First, they provide many trusted brands in their store like Nike, Adidas, Uggs, New Balances, etc. This makes this store so convenient for shoe shopping because it has a wide selection. Next, when you walk in, the store is clean. Everything in the store is very accessible and very well organized. Finally, they provide great customer service. When I was there they gave me great suggestions as well as they were very patient with me. The employees were very understanding and friendly during the whole visit.

3rd time I’ve tried to buy shoes here and the kids working ignore you and hide in the back so they don’t have to get your sizes. Stop hiring lazy workers that won’t do simple tasks if you want to sell shoes.

This store is toxic, my daughter bought a pair of new release shoes. In her excitement she didn't look at the shoe until we got home. She noticed stitching was off & was very crooked. We tried to exchange within the week. The Manager a short woman claimed to be the manager. She was rude. She said the shoes looked horrible & ask us what can she do with these shoes since she couldn't sell them because they were poorly made.We explained to her that how we felt & it wasn't a cheap, so we like an exchange. She wouldn't return or exchange even though they had never been worn & the reciept was present. This is not what Nike values & ethics are. They claim their mission is to making a positive impact in communities where they live and work.” this is unacceptable & not okay for us customers to deal with a power hungry manager.I hope the real owner reads & makes a change us customers deserve.

I went there like two minutes before they closed and the employees were nice enough to let me in and buy a pair of shoes. Foot locker is a really great place for buying shoes for a good deal and the employees are super kind and nice

Terrible customer service. I went in to the store to return a pair of shoes that have never been worn. They were a Christmas gift and I didn't have a receipt. The policy says, "Returns WITHOUT a receipt for unworn merchandise are exchangeable for merchandise or a merchandise return card in the amount of the lowest selling price for the last 60 days..."When I asked for a gift card, I was told it's been longer than 60 days & I couldn't return them. When I pointed out the policy, the manager said that it meant I could only return them for 60 days from when I bought them, which doesn't make any sense because if I don't have a receipt, how would they know when I bought them? When I pointed out that isn't what the policy says, he said, "Do you not know grammar?" Then he said, "What?! Do you want to talk to a manager? I'm the manager. I can walk to the back of the store and then come back out here."Then he said I could talk to the general store manager, Emma. He called her up, making it clear he was dismissing us. She was just as rude as him. She refused to even acknowledge that they were interpreting the policy wrong. She simply said, "That's my policy," meaning no returns after 60 days.I will never buy anything from that store.

I took my family here to buy some shoes for my son today, and I was blown away by the angry, racist, anti-police, and anti-American song that was thumping through the stores sound system—unbelievable. As much as I love being bombarded by negative and hateful messages while I shop for shoes, I’m going to have to take my hard earned cash elsewhere. Sayonara Foot Locker!

Cheap prices, a lot of shoes were discounted. However, the inside sole of the lair of boots I bought fell apart after 1 day of light wear

Came in to buy basketball shoes for my son. They lacked selection in color and size of the shoe we wanted but we took his second choice . The shoe tread started falling apart after less than a month of wear so we took it back to make an exchange. Now they didn't have his size at all so they ordered the one we needed from City Creek. After 3 weeks it still hadn't come?! Court, the manager who worked with us was stellar. He did everything he could to help us find the shoe and make the order and we eventually just had to go get it from city creek. It was a hassle but I was very impressed with the customer service we got from Court.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Well that will be the last time I ever buy anything from footlocker.I bought a Pair of shoes for my son for back to school and I end up getting the wrong size by a half size. I came back ONE WEEK later but didn’t have the receipt and even though the shoes were obviously brand new and I showed him my transaction on my bank account they wouldn’t give me a full credit on the return. They would only give me half credit so I ended up having to return them and buy another pair at full price!ABSURD policy and I will MAKE SURE I tell EVERYONE I CAN about this asinine policy.

Was actually shocked when we went in tonight to exchange some shoes. A girl with long black hair was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME standing at the front right when we walked in! Didn’t even greet us or anything. Another employee was busy chatting with her friends and the other was unhelpful / took forever at check out. It was so weird to me. Wish I would’ve just returned online.Update: the girl that did my return processed it incorrectly and I didn’t even get a full refund. She took ages and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. So annoyed. Says on the receipt that her name was Emma.

poor selection, unprofessional workers who swore like a sophomore in highschool, one worker reeked of alcohol and took 15 minutes to pull shoes that they didn’t even have in stock. would avoid.
