The fact that this place doesn't give refund only store credit on UNWORN shoes is absolutely ridiculous. I think it's because the quality is so terrible that's the only way they stay in business. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Low quality shoes here. I got these pink jellies and wore them for the first time today and the bottom separated after less than 2 hours of wearing them. When I got home, I checked the black pair of jellies I also bought here and they too were breaking. Waste of money and they don’t do returns.

I went there yesterday at around 2:30 and there were boxes stacked up in front of the boots I wanted to look at. I asked the shorter brunette girl if she could help me, she gave me side eye and ignored me. I tried to ask again, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Ouch. So I turned to the shorter blonde and she was nice enough to help me out. The whole time the other two girls were chatting and not working at all….I work costumer service and if these were my employees I would be shocked.

I have bought tons of heels from them and have loved them. However, I bought a pair of heels and wore them one time the material is starting to come off and they refused to exchange them saying they can't resell but why would you resell scuffed shoes like really. I have never had this problem before

So I placed an order online and while my order was pending they sold out of a shoe that I ordered. I find this to be horrible customer service. The store I shipped my order to Told me they had a size 10 which will hopefully work. They need to fix their online shopping numbers so that this never happens again. Complete BS

I used to absolutely love this store...until I didn't. They're sizing is inconsistent and terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size and the shoes were HUGE. It would be nice if their site specified if shoes ran big. I would return them except like, they don't offer returns. Instead you get in store credit or can exchange them. That's all fine and dandy except, I have to pay to ship them back! Shipping is already a whopping $8 because as they're site says, "Only $7.99 per order!" Wow, what a freaking steal. So now I'll be out about $15 just in shipping. I might add the shoes I bought were only $22. What a joke. I am better off selling the shoes instead of returning them. If you can't go to this store in person, don't even bother ordering.

I used to love Forever Young Shoes, but lately I’ve really noticed that they have no quality control when it comes to sizing. They don’t warn you if they run big, so it’s hard to buy their shoes online. When you do buy them online and they’re too big, you have to pay for the return shipping AND they don’t even do returns. You only get store credit or an exchange which is ridiculous. When I’ve contacted them about exchanging shoes that were too big (even though I bought them in my standard size, so they should fit), they’ve had terrible customer service. Overall if you can’t go to their store in person, don’t bother purchasing any shoes from them. It’s not worth the hassle.

I love Forever Young Shoes! Not only are there a ton of options, but you can find good quality shoes at a great price! I love the shoes I’ve bought from here, they are so cute! I’ve had one pair of my shoes for many years and they still look really good, they’re also very comfy! You can buy shoes for any occasion here and it’s very convenient! I love shopping here so much!

I love my shoes! Whatever the occasion is, I go there first because I know their shoes are darling and last me for a long time. The quality is great for the price. Especially their heels I think are very comfortable and dang cute! Sometimes customer service isn’t as great as it could be as I feel like the workers are continually gossiping for a vast majority of the time I’m there about trivial life things.

I love love shopping here! They have the cutest shoes at really good prices! I have a frequent shoppers card and I've completed it 3 times!! bahaha at this point you know I am hooked to this store!! The always so nice and helpful which makes it an even better experience.

I have always felt so welcomed and helped my the staff at this store! Not only do they have great staff but also amazing deals and shoes!!! I’ve gone here for just everyday shoes but also for high school dances and have never been disappointed!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE!
