I came in tonight to buy a couple dresses for work and the girl working said, those are for smaller girls. I am a size 6, regardless of anyone’s size that is unexceptional. It goes without saying I left with out purchasing and I will never shop in there again. To be body shamed by a girl that is maybe 20 years old. Do Better Francesca’s and someone should have a chat with the girl closing the Orem store on Friday 6.27.25.

I was looking for a Mother's Day present, and Emma at the front desk helped me choose a cute mug for her. I'm writing this review because of the excellent conversation I had with her, she is one of the easiest people to talk to that l've met in a while, she has a very fun and bubbly personality, and I found myself ranting about all my problems. She not only made me feel heard and understood, but also offered really great advice. Even though all I ended up getting was a mug, I will absolutely be recommending this store to everyone I know!

I just had to come on here and rave about this store! I came in looking for a dress and the sweetest employee named Emma was with me from the second I walked in the door and until I left. I had no idea what I wanted but she asked me a few questions about style and fit, and helped me find a few options that were so perfect I ended up leaving with all three! She even made the fitting room experience incredible, and made me feel beautiful in every I tried on. Not only that but she remembered my name throughout the entire time, which never happens in other stores!

I had the best experience here the other day and I especially wanted to call out the employee Emma for helping me out!
She greeted me as soon as I got there and was so nice and welcoming the entire time I was there, plus she remembered my name the whole time.
She asked lots of questions in order to help me find the perfect dress that was able to suit my needs and even made the experience in the fitting room great (even though that’s my usually my least favorite part of clothes shopping).

I love stopping by here for gifts and to refresh my wardrobe with unique items. Their jewelry selection never ceases to impress me. Lila C is a doll I really enjoyed chatting with her as I browsed. I love little boutiques where the staff takes an interest in your day ❤️.

Great esthetic and great service! Gotta give a special shout out to Carly. She was very sweet, asked what we were shopping for and grabbed perfect suggestions for what we needed. Items we wouldn’t have thought to grab but turned out great. Keep it up girl!

Your mother company has a bad habit of not paying Its vendors. If the vendors are small privately owned companies, you people will make large orders and not pay them. Even Walmart Pays there. vendors, where does that put you?

While I like the aesthetic here, the prices are high and I don’t think worth it. But I really like the stuff so I was going to be back.What changed my mind is that this past weekend, my daughter and I were here and the cashier was crazy pushy. We tried on two dresses that my daughter didn’t love, but liked. When we were openly considering she said, “well it’s ONLY $10.” Making the other associate and I uncomfortable and quickly putting the dresses back.Then when checking out and entering my phone #, she says, hit the green button. Which accepts marketing instead of denies it instead of just giving me the freedom to choose. I read the screen instead of taking her word for it, and hit the red button.After providing my phone #, I declined giving my email, and she visibly huffed and said annoyed… “it’s JUST going to give you promos it’s not a big deal”. I told her I said no and she was clearly rolling her eyes inside. Very bothered body language.My daughter and I walked out and looked at each other agape, swearing we’d never come back.I’m all for confident girlies doing their job, but being pushy and rude is not that.

5 Stars for Jenny and Jacky!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️All of the Francesca’s associates at this location are AMAZING, especially Jenny and Jacky!! Both of them were so incredibly kind and helpful ? They had excellent customer service!! I will definitely continue to shop here because of these wonderful women, thank you both again!! ???
