I [contracted] them to repair an engine and then remove and replace said engine in a vehicle. In the initial conversation the Father said to the Son in Spanish, "Careful what you say, she[meaning my wife who is from Mexico] speaks spanish." They sat on engine and vehicle despite my communication with them. They lost their trusted machine shop here in Utah and said they would need to ship the engine to California to be repaired by someone they trust. As if there is not a single machine shop that could do the job they would be requesting. They "had" to move their shop from one location to another, they upgraded shops, and told me they would be charging me a transportation cost to move my truck and engine from one shop to the other because, and I quote "we are not a storage facility." To which I responded, "We didn't [contract] you to store the vehicle and engine, we [contracted] you to repair it. Eventually, after much protestation they agreed to not charge me to move their inventory. They may have good prices for the vehicles they sell but in terms of my experience with them in trying to get my truck repaired, the experience was horrible.

Thank you to such a great shop and family! I bought a wrecked 1996 Cadillac with a nightmare Northstar motor. Their mechanical and body work was amazing! They also did it at a competitive price and it was prompt, professional service! Nothing was cut rate about the repairs or service! They’re worth everything they charge and then some! Thanks Gavitos!

Gavito Auto did an excellent service on a Ford Expedition I took in for a Check Engine light. The mechanic pin pointed the issue and got it fixed quickly.

Terrible service, they sold me a car that according to them was fine, and from the first week there were only failures, after time we got tired and decided to take it to another mechanic who, if he were honest, told us that this car was failing with the engine and I had had bad accidents, I would never buy a car there again.

Bought a car from them and while test driving noticed a vibration/noise, they found the issue being the right side (front of engine) mount bad and said that they would replace it and if I found any other issue to bring it back in and they would take care of it. Bought car, mount was replaced no charge and car had been running just fine. Sergio was very helpful, his dad is in charge of the body shop and head mechanic, they have now moved to Provo and they have been taking care of my other vehicles Eddie. P

Appalling!! They lied to us about a Subaru, my boyfriend and I had to get 1 thousand dollars for repairs and we have only been with him for 8 months. From the first week of use the car failed for one reason or another. And it was supposedly a car with almost “no use at all”.

I recently bought a car here and they said if we needed anything that they would help within 30 days well the struts were fucking horrible on my car and I texted Sergio about it and he never responded back. So now were doing my struts just to make sure my children and I are fine while driving.

Very good dealership, Sergio is very transparent and honest with talking about his vehicles. My experience was smooth and I felt comfortable while dealing with this company. They fixed and looked over some minor things for me free of charge. They allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to have it looked over and everything checked out.

The worst place to repair, I took my car, I asked him how much it would cost to repair the window and he gave me a price that when I went to pick it up he charged me almost double and according to him he forgot to tell me the price of labor, which bad service!

I wen in a couple months ago to get my car fixed and initially they were fantastic working with me and making it so that I would be able to use my car. But they cut an extra whole in the side of my front bumper for a light which was supposed to be there. They didn't have the light to put in it so they said that if I came in a couple days later they'd be able to install it, and I asked them to cut a whole in the other side so that both sides would be matching. After about a month and a half of trying to get ahold of them and get my car in they finally got it fixed, but they other hole the cut was uneven from the one on the other side. The other issue I had was that they didn't clip in my bumper right so now it keeps popping out an inch or so.
