Nate was very helpful with our issues and resolved it quickly. Earlier today we had a heart attack with our rental property and realized we had to move out quickly. Then decided to move to Public Storage over here a Orem. We were very stressed and rushed into renting a unit. Nate answered and resolved our issues so quickly and professionally we HAVE to come back here and tell our friends about this awesome staff and great upkeep and professional behavior.

Prior to August 1,2024. I would have given this place a 5 star. However, greed has overcome this business to the extent of more than double the monthly fee. Seriously!! 200.00 month for a 10x10. We witnessed many other just like us getting out.
