If Martha Stewart and Mr. Clean teamed up to run a storage facility, I’m pretty sure it would look exactly like Extra Space Storage in Vineyard. This place is that clean and organized. It’s so close to my house that I think my storage unit actually has a shorter commute than I do.
The staff runs the place like a well-oiled machine—friendly, helpful, and clearly determined to make sure my boxes feel more cared for than I do. The whole facility is spotless, secure, and so neatly run that I almost feel guilty storing my “miscellaneous basement chaos” there.
If you need a storage unit that’s convenient, well-managed, and so tidy it might inspire you to finally organize your life… this is your spot. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend using extra space storage. They have continually raised the prices. Like multiple times in a few months span. They claim to send you notices of it but that’s not true either. Just be aware if you rent here for your monthly payment to increase. Again, multiple times. And it’s not a little but it’s like $100 and then another $50. Crazy.

Extra space storage is clean secure and a helpful staff the only problem I encountered is it was a different owner and I was paying 250 a month and when extra space bought them out my rent went to 385 pricing me out but the facility is a good one

This place was fine for storage. It seems like ~$165/mo for a 10x15’ unit was outrageous—I suppose that’s what the market allows. No other problems besides price

Extra space storage in Orem, over at the 321 S Vineyard RD. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've had my unit for over a year there now, and I've loved it. The other day I went in and talked to Michael. He was so kind and very helpful. Thank you. When you go in, ask for Michael. He'll get you taken care of.
