I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. I brought my car in last year after being T-boned in an accident. They did a full replacement on the front driver side tire, wheel well, and all the internal components. The work was solid, and my car looked and felt brand new.
Recently, I noticed the same area felt a little loose, so I dropped it off at 8 a.m. They called me by 1 p.m. to let me know it had been fully repaired. It turns out a part had simply worn out, and they fixed it right away at no cost. They even filled up my gas tank, which was such an unexpected and kind gesture.
Throughout everything, the team was kind, professional, and clearly committed to their work. It’s rare to find this level of care and service, I’m beyond impressed and grateful. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Gerber Autobody shop! From start to finish, they provided top-notch service and made a stressful situation so much easier. After my car was involved in an accident, their team walked me through the entire repair process, handled the insurance paperwork, and kept me updated every step of the way.
The quality of the repair work was outstanding—my car looks as good as new! They paid great attention to detail, and the paint match was flawless. Plus, they finished the job on time and even detailed my car before returning it to me.
Everyone at Gerber Autobody was professional, friendly, and truly cared about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs. If I ever need bodywork again (hopefully not!), I know exactly where to go. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

Fast, friendly and professional! I had a little fender fight with another car on Saturday, I had some things hanging down and dragging so I stopped and asked for some help.
Although they were closed the gentleman took the time to get me fixed up enough to drive back home.

After an accident rushed to fix my vehicle. The air conditioning system was working fine before my accident and now it takes a few mins to even come on. The guy at Gerber said it wasn’t related to the accident and would not fix it and told the insurance company it wasn’t related. The whole front end of the van was broken. We were very honest about the van and this was not an issue we had before the accident. I’m not impressed. I would beware. They clearly are not thorough they just want to hurry to get your vehicle back to you. Not an impressed. The paint job looks good but the internal workings are clearly not fixed.

Gabriel went above and beyond to get my 22 f250 back to looking new after hail damage. It was fairly quoted and work was finished quickly. I’m not from around here so working quickly was a must for me. Great work by all but special thanks to Gabriel.

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had. Gabriel was really on the ball and explained everything to us clearly. He kept us up to date and gave us phone updates on Tuesday and Thursday. Initial quote was for almost 3 weeks which he thought he could reduce. Only actually took 5 days. I would definitely use them again.

Had nothing but issues from the repair. We had some undercarriage work done to our Prius. Within hours of driving off the lot the undercarriage blew off and had to be replaced. Few months later the same thing. The company says they have a lifetime warranty on their work and about a year later the undercarriage began to come off again. We went through a storm and the whole thing blew off. After that I parked the car where the bottom scrapped the curb a little and they won't honor the warranty because of "damage" that was found but is completely unrelated. Not only does this company not do a good job so you have to keep coming back in, eventually they just stop honoring their work. I would strongly recommend that people go to any other body shop to have work done.
