In the past this place was pretty bad, not open during hours and the place was a mess with nothing stocked or boxes just laying around everywhere.
Now recently they got new management and the guy there now is super nice and helpful. Talked with him and he cleaned everything up so it looks nice, has always been open when I've gone in and he's there. Very knowledgeable in the products to a crazy amount haha! Super informative about deals and getting me good deals.
I don't do many reviews but thought I would give my 2 cents of recent experiences seeing as they seem to have changed for the better.

drove all the way here on sunday at 2pm (their hours posted for sundays are 11a-6p). got there and doors are locked, no one inside. no signage on doors saying they were closed. i tried calling and no one answered. if you need to close, then post a sign or something. very unprofessional and not how you run a business

Had the drinks I wanted in stock and the manager was who helped me out that day. Super knowledgeable of what was needed and got me a good deal on the energy drinks I wanted too.

The Orem 800 GNC is the worst I’ve been to. I’ve been in twice and both times the employee has told me they do not price match. When asked they insisted that they do not price match and are unable to. Not sure if this is something the manager there is pushing because every other GNC in the area does price match (AF, Lehi, University). Went to the AF GNC (highly recommend) and they price matched and even showed me the GNC price match guarantee posted in store (attached). Avoid the hassle, avoid Orem GNC

The guy that helped us was awful 😳 my boyfriend and I kept looking at each other so confused why we were being treated terrible. We were respectful and were shocked at how rude he was. He kept giving short responses, tossed our chips in the bag super hard (crushing them??), and acting like he could care less to be there. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve had. On top of that, two of my items were wrung up incorrectly so I was overcharged. I am definitely going to a different GNC from now on.

The sales associate asked to see my ID, saying that it’s required to purchase energy drinks. However, I do believe this was a ploy to get a rewards card out of me, even though I already had one. I would never go back to this location.

I am here 1 hr after GNC allegedly opened. Building is locked, no employees in sight. starting to think this location closed down for good.

I’ve come here at 4 pm two times now and every time they are closed. That’s 3 hours before closing hours! I don’t know what’s going on but it’s super bad business to be closed a bunch when you’re supposed to be open. If it’s a regular thing they should just update their hours but it seems like this has been happening for years (based on previous reviews) and there is no change. Super disappointing

The dudes working, one with long hair was most likely high, I went in to buy a thing of pre workout for $46. It took 20 minutes for them to ring me up, I paid with cash then they told me that I couldn’t pay with cash after he asked card or cash. He then told me he couldn’t figure out how to return it for me to pay for it with my card? Won’t waste anymore time going to this location
