Even Boots N Bags Heaven BUSINESS address is an address that is actually a gas company.....SCAMMERS USING SCAMMERS! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BOOTS N BAGS HEAVEN. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB!

Company just disappeared online! Website redirects to shipito.com and my account is lost. So they have my package or will receive it shortly, but I have nothing. No way of getting it forwarded to me. I sent an email to shipito.com hoping the company was sold to them or something? But warehouse addresses for shipito do not include this Utah address.

Here I never order anything again. I want my money back for something I ordered wrong. (Incorrect information in the catalog) After repeated e-mail contact then the answer: they would not take it back because the shipment was not damaged ... they have made no mistake. Very bad customer service.

Worst experience ever!! I have emailed the company now four times asking for any information possible regarding my order; an no one is answering me. I placed an order going on four weeks now an there is no movement on my "track your order" an no one is willing to help me. Worse customer service I've ever experienced will never use them again .. ( had to give a high rating to coment .. How convinient ) I use WISH all the time wayyyy better!!!

Goopping forwarded a package to Australia for me. I was impressed by the ease of use of their web site, and their communication. Should the need arise, I will definitely use their services again.
