You guys need to give Miss Alma a raise ASAP! She cut my hair today and did an amazing job. Not only did she follow the instructions perfectly and was very attentive to detail, but she was SO friendly and customer-service oriented.
I’ve been getting my hair cut for decades and she was easily nicest, friendliest, and most thorough person I’ve dealt with.
Seriously, if you haven’t given her a raise in a while, you really need to.

I usually go to different great clips locations throughout the valley to get my haircuts, And I’ve gone through this one a few times. All my experiences have been amazing so far, But today was just so good. I had to leave a review. First off checking in online is a must. I love having updated notes for my haircuts every time! Karen did an exceptional job today taking care of me! I wanted to switch up my style, but wasn’t 100% confident what I wanted to do. She helped me sort out my ideas and give me a haircut that’s one of my favorite to this date. I could’ve not asked for a more WOW’ing experience! I also ended up buying the spray gel she used because it smelled so good. I feel like a million bucks after this experience and couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you!

Overall, they are very efficient and fast and try their best to be nice and professional even when they don't like their client which is admirable. I just wish they could give me a hot towel after leaving a bunch of hair on my face and neck or at least blow dry the hair off my face or something because I get all nervous and hot with all those hair on my face and especially around my eyes as well.

I get a little nervous when get my hair cut because I have scalp psoriasis. Riley was super nice and did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome. Next time I need a hair cut I will be retuning to this location. ♡♡♡♡♡

Been going to Great Clips for years. Always turnover with stylists. Fed up! Left with with an incompetent haircut that was more a butchery. I'm very patient but this is my last time at Great Clips. Going else where. I suspect the company pays hairstylist unfairly thus the turnover? Adios!
Stylist: Never know cause of turnover. Lousy place with hit and miss results!

when looking for prices none is listed red to find prices for a perm at the orem walmart location it is vary frustrating so went elsewhere losing business people rely on the website to make informed decisions

I go to Great Clips for the affordable prices—not because I expect luxury cuts. However, Mckayla at Orem gave a phenomenal haircut recently that could have passed for a $100 haircut. Very impressed.

They give a decent hair cut, just don't go in expecting to get the same hair cut every time. You tell them how you want your hair cut and they do what they want, sometimes you get a decent hair cut, sometimes you come out almost bold because they cut it way to short.

I had trouble with other locations but I needed a haircut. Ask for Alma. She gave me an excellent haircut with the touch of an angel.
