Hardware Essentials had best service and very responsive help. They communicated plan arrival and will fix shower door within 24 hours. The install team were fantastic and the mirrors look great. Customers were above beyond thoughtful quiet schedule during holidays. Everyone will definitely use and returning customers in future and highly recommend. The schedule fit needed and sure we got what we needed.

Such great service—Brody and Brian both really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and all during the holidays too. We’ll definitely be returning customers. And Brian was so thoughtful to be as quiet as he could to not wake my napping toddler.
