I've had Josh do my taxes for 7 years without any issue until this year. I had my taxes done Feb 24th. It's now March 24th and my taxes still aren't filled, "they got lost in a pile of papers on someone's desk". To boot, I thought $198 was a little high so I called my friend I referred there and found out her taxes cost $174, done by Josh as well. I called and was told the tax accountant charges what they want, there is no set fee??? I tried calling to let a manager know how I felt but I was told they were out the office and have had no call back. I'll be going elsewhere next year.

Hoffman and company are the best! Josh and his team take such good care of us for both personal and business taxes. We know we're in the best hands when we go to them and will be getting the best tax help possible. This is the third time we've been to them and it feels like old friends whenever we're there. We drive about an hour to get to appointments but it's so worth it to work with them. Definitely go see them if you're looking for someone for tax help, and they are experts with small businesses too!

Liz spends the time you need to help you understand as much as possible about the ridiculous tax codes and where all of your money is going. She is very knowledgeable and competent. The front desk is very friendly and it is easy to make an appointment to get in.
