I filed my taxes at this location last month for the first time, the person at the front desk was absolutely nice and the same goes for the tax return preparer. It didn’t take long and I was treated with kindness, the two people I mentioned before were professional and cordial. The price was high though compared to other places for a basic tax return,l guess you are paying more for quality and ease.
