Julie did a cartilage piercing for me. She knows her stuff. She was super patient and professional. She was the only one working at the time and still kept everyone happy. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. She let me know all about the sales too. I would highly recommend her and the store.

Fun store. A lot of choices for jewelry and accessories. Only problem is the jewelry is lacking quality and longevity. But not overly priced so you can always get more.

I went with my best friend to get her ear re-pierced after the backing fell out of the piercing from two days prior (The forth, top piercing, on the right ear). The store didn’t have prices for a single piercing and put in an earring that wasn’t a match to the other side. The piercer Lucy wasn’t wearing any shoes, charged us with a cartilage fee and didn’t clean the piercing after. We paid $23 for a single piercing with the fee and when asked why she added the fee, she said the cartilage starts there. Two days before, our piercer Celia (super amazing woman) cleaned both before/ after the piercing, didn’t rip us off with weird fees and talked us through everything patiently. This store definitely needs to train their piercers better.

I went to get my fourth piercing re-pierced after the backing fell out from the original piercing a few days before. The lady who did it, Lucy rushed through it, dropped the backing on the floor, didn’t change her gloves after crawling on the floor, and pushed the back on with those dirty gloves super hard after. They didn’t have prices for a single piercing and they charged a cartilage fee as well. I didn’t think this was correct because the first piercing I got (the same place) the lady didn’t charge for that. She kinda tried to fight me on the fee but ultimately kept it on there. I just had a really bad experience with her.

Holly Is the manager at both Icings and Claire's, and I will probably spend the next week wondering who decided it was a good idea to put her in that position. She is rude. I walked in the store with the girl that I am a legal guardian for and ask what paperwork I needed to fill out for her to get her ears pierced to which she responded by snapping at me that she would be with me in a minute and I could wait.After she repeatedly sound excuses to not Pierce my child's ears who by the way is a 16-year-old girl, we decided to leave. We went to icings And the girl there was so nice and willing to help us. However Holly called and told her not to pierce her ears because we were not allowed. The employee who was helping us did eventually let us pierce her ears because she saw no reason why we couldn't, but I cannot imagine the stress that she Has to go through in order to work for such a terrible person. Holy cow. What an awful person to work with. So little power has gone straight to her head and she's going to lose great employees bc she is awful to everyone.

JERICA WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She told us that she is the manager there and we could not be happier with the interaction and experience we had with her. 10/10 stars customer service. Great 3 for 3 sale. Great atmosphere. Great jerica deserves her manager role. Lol
