We came in to purchase a 4Runner. At 6pm they said they’re not doing any test drives. Then we were told we couldn’t look inside the 4Runner because the key fob was dead and there was no way to unlock it. Instead of taking 30 seconds to find a new battery for the key fob, we were told we could just go check out the exterior (it is completely dark outside at this time) they clearly did not want us there and were trying to close the store early. We will spend 40k elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle from Peyton, first off let me just say this was by far the smoothest transaction I’ve had with a dealership without being able to see the truck.
Second, Peyton is one heck of a guy. Never once felt like I was speaking to a salesman, more of a friend. Highly recommend iDrive and Peyton.
