I had an excellent experience with Interstate Batteries All Battery Center. My car battery died close to their location, and the owner, who happened to be working that day, went above and beyond to help. Not only did he provide a new battery, but he also installed it for me, which turned out to be more complicated than a simple swap. He took the time to remove the old, corroded terminals that were fused to the battery and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. For the customer service alone, I highly recommend this business for any of your battery needs.

Today I took a Crosstrek to get a new battery at the Orem store. Ethan tested the old battery and sold me a great battery with the best warranty around. There were some complications getting the new battery reinstalled but Ethan went above and beyond usual customer service to make sure that I wasn't stranded there with a non-functioning vehicle. This location has always taken great care of my vehicle battery needs, and Ethan continued that long tradition. I highly recommend this location and Ethan.

I have purchased many batteries from Interstate, both car and motorcycle batteries. I have always been pleased with the service. Today I called the Orem store and asked if they sold Lithium batteries. They sell a few, but not for cars or small teardrop trailers as I was looking for. They sell mostly for boats at the moment. I asked more questions, like where I could get a Lithium battery, what size, etc. and the sales person continued to treat me very well and honestly answer all my questions, even though he knew he was not going to make a sale. I am very impressed, as I always have been, with their service. They truly want to help their customers with what the customer needs and is looking for. I will always return to Interstate when I need an acid battery and hope they begin making Lithium batteries for cars, soon.

This specific Interstate Battery location is my first choice in the Utah County area for handling any of my automotive battery needs. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Additionally, whenever a family member or friend asks me where to go to get their batteries checked and/or replaced, I highly recommend this spot.
This is particularly true because Ethan is fantastic at taking care of my specific battery needs. Whether it is taking the battery out of the vehicle, testing it in the store, giving options for both new and refurbished batteries, spending the time to explain the differences to me, etc, etc... he'll do it. It's also very important to me personally that Ethan has great attention to detail, an overall kind and friendly attitude, all while having a genuine smile on his face.

Great prices and they replace the battery for you for an additional cost but it’s totally worth it.

Wouldn’t risk it here. Bought my battery about 1.5 years ago in August, guy told me it would go for 3-4 years easily. And it worked for about 3 weeks and then gave me problems again. I thought it was my alternator because no way it would be the brand new battery right? So I replace the alternator, then winter hit and I didn’t ride. So I put it on a trickle charger all winter and took care of it like they said to do. I pull it out in the summer and it was dying and I would have to jump start my bike every time I rode. Then winter comes again and I plug it in all winter and now I pull it out and it’s dead and I bring it in and they said the battery was toast. So it really had about 4-5 months of riding on it and was taken care of meticulously and still went bad.After all that I thought they’d be cool and replace it because it was obviously a lemon, then they proceed to tell me it’s over the warranty of one year. So they tell you the battery will last 3-4 but it really is only a year. Walmart battery’s are half the price and work for longer so don’t risk it.

Went in on a Monday because my car battery was having issues. I had a valid warranty. They charged my battery for 2 days telling me it would fix the issue. Got home and put the battery back in my car, still not working. Went in a THIRD time and told the worker what was happening. After making me seem stupid, I eventually started saying "my husband" instead of "I" or "me" and he replaced my battery under warranty with no further questions. Very condescending to the fact that I am a woman, but as soon as a male was mentioned, things got done. Rude and annoying that I had to go in 3 different times to finally get a battery replaced. As soon as I got the brand new battery in my car, it worked just fine.
