I realize it's not fair for IOC to change their no return policy but they should see it from the consumer's view.. I purchased this seat riser in anticipation of my hip replacement next week. And it doesnt fit or adapt to my home commode. So now I'm scrambling to find something. Dont purchase seat risers from IOC unless you,re absolutely sure it will fit

Horrible communication and lack of knowledge will cost us $200+ in unanticipated costs. We rented a scooter with an idea our insurance would cover us. Upon return of the rental, we've been blindsided by information stating we weren't covered and now owe a couple hundred dollars. Had I been given this information prior to signing the rental agreement, I would have rented from a covered agent, or just bought my own scooter to own. Very unprofessional service.Edit for response purposes.I (Derek) signed the agreement, not my wife. When I agreed to the rental, there was no secondary insurance. Either way, you don't accept either of the insurances and you could have said so when I came to rent from you. Then, on the day we returned the scooter, one of your employees, over the phone told us she thought it would be $75. You took a copy of my insurance card right from the beginning, but you didn't call to let me know I wasn't being covered. Do you want me to continue explaining why I'm so mad at your business?

The gals there are super helpful! I was showing multiple different knee braces and the benefits of each. They suggested I try to get it through my insurance-That didn't work out but I came back and paid out of pocket anyway because this store out of t others has the most variety of supplies in the valley (at least they have the knee brace I like where others don't) so I would highly recommend coming to this store!

Tucked away in the corner of the shopping Plaza at 1400 S state street is a well stocked medical supply store. My visit was to upgrade my knee support. Upon entering, I was offered a seat in a very comfortable easy chair to sit in during the visit.I was welcomed by friendly and courteous staff who also proved to be very knowledgeable in their supply offerings. They listened as I went through my conditions and difficulties with the current knee support I had found last year at a drug store. After 10 minutes, we found the right fit support and strapped it on. Relief was almost instant and I walked around a moment to ensure a good fit.As I walked, I started remarking the plethora of other equipment and supplies offered in this store and especially took note of the shoe inserts. It was recommended to bring in the shoes I want inserts for, and as luck would have it I have a new pair ordered that I'll stop back with to be fitted. Hope to have a similar experience the second visit and beyond.Overall, nice and personalized experience. I'll be back.

As soon as I walked in there was someone there to help me get what I needed. They also had a pediatric Walker which two other medical supply stores I went to did not have.

I heard from friends IOC was an excellent place to find all things medical supply-related. When I needed compression gloves, I called IOC first to see if they had my item in stock. Caroline was accommodating on the phone and suggested I try it in person for a good fit. When it wasn't a match, I explained what I was looking for. Tiffany helped me find an alternative item in another section that was perfect. I was so glad they knew where to look. A gem of a place that I will use and recommend!
