I crashed my Honda civic into a ditch in American fork and Chris was the tow truck driver who helped me out. He was quick, courteous and professional. Not only did Chris answer all my questions and concerns, he also gave me a ride home and had me laughing for the majority of the ride. Thank you for making my night so much better! I really appreciated that Chris.

Was very difficult to work with, they towed my car when it was rear ended. They would not provide me with a detailed bill or access to get my things from the car the police told me I would be able to get later. They refused to talk to my wife saying "we usually talk to the husbands" while refusing to give her any information. Would only release the car when the insurance adjuster had inspected it in person and told them what body shop to go to, despite that not being the process insurance has used since the internet became a thing. Even the insurance company told us they were being difficult and asked how we could get it off of his lot as soon as possible.When talking to other tow companies they gave us prices and we discovered they they changed twice as much as standard for the tow, from south Lindon on state street to their yard in north Orem was over $300.If you can avoid it do not use this company.

It’s truly devastating how this company is so disrespectful. They have no manners. Unfortunately I’ve worked with them twice & both times I’ve had bad experience with them. They do nothing to help you. They always change the prices when your car stays over night. If you ask to pick your personal belongings they can care less and tell you it’s your problem not theirs.Service: Car towing

This Tow company is nothing but Scam artists and crooks. They saw my 2022 Ram 150TRX, then tried to scope out my truck at work, then found my vehicle at the hotel I was staying. They started to scope my truck out and ensured my plates were the same truck they were looking for. Then tried to tow my vehicle from the hotel for no reason, Illegally. There are no repossessions on this vehicle. I made my payments seven months in advance. My co-worker spotted the guy trying to tow my truck and then confronted him. He was all scared, making excuses.

I used this company to tow our vehicle after an accident. They say they charge a daily storage fee. Most businesses do 24 hours for a day, not this company. They charge a day starting at 6am, regardless of when they tow your car to the lot. When I tried to understand his policy he was rude, condescending and cut me off almost every sentence. Then used intimidation tactics. Very unprofessional and I would like to warn others in my situation to ask for a different company.Services: Car towing

I had my vehicle impounded when someone had to drive it in an emergency situation, there is a book of CDs in the car that belonged to someone who passed away. It's the only thing I have left of them. I pleaded with the guy, Mark, to please let me retrieve that one item and he demanded hundreds of dollars. I was willing to surrender title and cooperate and let anything else in the car be kept and he would not budge and was very condescending. Almost mocking. I explained that I was on a fixed income and had become wheelchair bound from injuries I sustained in a domestic violence attack. I also explained that I had severe PTSD from that incident and could not handle confrontation so I gave up. But this company holds people's property hostage. I understand they need to be compensated for their time and resources. But there are also people who truly deserve a break. And there are things that you don't keep from people under any circumstances. An heirloom that can't be replaced is one of those things. I also emailed to clarify the situation and never even got a reply.

I was in a car accident for my very first time and it was very surreal. I was fumbling around not knowing what to do. The officer that came to the scene was helpful and so was mark the tow truck driver and who I think is the owner. He was extremely professional and got my car into his flat bed very quickly and without more damage to my car. He responded very quickly to any calls and was able to answer every question I had. My house has a confusing layout and the car had to be parked in through the back road and he had no problem getting the car back there. I was in a time crunch to get my car back and he was able at the time to get it to my house for the adjuster to look at, and within hour and a half he got it here. Very professional and responsive. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
