Jeremy and Whitney are fantastic. 5 stars isn't even enough to rate their kindness, quickness and preparedness. I have used their services many times throughout the last decade. This last time I was dealing with an emergency refinance... they were on the ball! My house was closed and funded in less than 2 weeks.

If you need a broker, don't go anywhere else. Jeremy is the most incredible one you can find out there, and I have used many!
I have tried 5 different mortgage brokers in the last 5 years, and every single time they have failed, and I come back to Jeremy and he not only takes care of me, but does a superb job and does so extremely fast. My first time I didnt use Jeremy the other broker (builders preferred ledner) told my builder I couldnt get a loan, only to have Jeremy get me approved and funded IN 11 DAYS! He consistently was able to provide me the best service, and I have used him 6x in the past 8 years, in multiple states. I wont use anyone else if I can help it.
Don't even question it, just RUN to Jeremy, and he will get you taken care of.
