I came in with missing loop on my watch and the owner and his assistant spent over 15 minutes hunting through drawers to find a loop that would fit my watch. And, of course he put it on. The alternative for me would have been to buy a new strap of Amazon. He did not charge me! Super helpful!

Ali is a master jeweler. He fixed my ring quickly and it looks amazing. In fact, the crack in my ring that has been there for 25 years was finally fixed. Plus, you will find that once you get your piece of jewelry back, you have a new friend.
