I came in with missing loop on my watch and the owner and his assistant spent over 15 minutes hunting through drawers to find a loop that would fit my watch. And, of course he put it on. The alternative for me would have been to buy a new strap of Amazon. He did not charge me! Super helpful!

They were able to open a watch back to change the battery when other places said it wasn’t possible. They even polished the face to remove scratches at no extra charge. I’ve been to this place before too and they’ve fixed the issue every time!
