Wouldn’t recommend this jiffy lube location. Got home to find that my car leaked oil all over my driveway when I got home. I also noticed that a few nuts on the bottom of my car were missing. I went back to have them fix it and they claimed that it was never leaking, they just spilled some oil on the oil filter. Idk about yall, but it took me 30 mins to drive home and it was still leaking THAT much after the drive to Spanish fork. That’s not a little oil dripping off the filter. They also claimed they weren’t responsible for the nuts because they claimed that they weren’t on when we got there. Which is not true at all. Never really had a problem with jiffy lube before. Bummed and disappointed in the sloppy/bad service this time.

Rock chip repair at Jiffy Lube? Yes please! Great price and super fast. Kelvin was very polite and efficient; Robert loves his job and it shows. He has been there over ten years. Christian rounds out the team and they have a great time working together. The waiting room is clean and organized. I like this place and I’ll be back for sure.

So expensive 180 for oil change with air filter and tire rotation . The high pressure sales pressure was ridiculous $10 more just because I had 6 lugs instead of 5 . $7 to top off antifreeze etc etc& etc.

Went for an oil change, brought my own oil, and oil filter and it still costed me about 60$. Never going to jiffy lube again

This place charge more then allowed for emission testing. $42 is over state allowed $35 max.

Messed up my hood latch and their emissions machine is broke. Oil rig is 8 minutes down the road! They are cheaper and higher quality of workmanship!

Jiffy Lube Stan over here. Although I couldn’t get the crack repaired in my car because it was too large, I got everything else done I needed. Olea was the absolute best! Honestly one of the most straightforward and kind workers. She made things so clear and answered my questions respectfully. Huuuuuge appreciation to her!

Such a convenient location, I loved that.
I usually get my oil changed at Lexus or theChevy dealership. Oddly enough, the dealerships are much cheaper if you get a package of oil changes. I thought I'd give jiffy lube a try. They're double the price but it was a convenient location.
I asked if they rotate the tires and they said yes. But when checking out they wanted to charge $25 for that. I was a little disappointed that was not included. I would definitely not have come here if I had known the price was going to be $175.

Coke vending machine ripped me off a bottle of sprite.
I get that this is not a Jiffy Lube issue, but more of a coke vending issue.
But, JL, if you wanted to buy me a coke or two, I wouldn't not take it.

Took them 2 hours to change my oil and rotate tires, thats with me being the first one there from when they opened. I do not trust their employees recommendations. They told me I had multiple things wrong with my vehicle that needed "immediate" attention. When I took my vehicle to a mechanic he told me there was no such things wrong with my vehicle. They are just trying to squeeze the money out of you. Also their waiting room is a cesspool and needs to be cleaned.

Car, it sat for 15 minutes before they came
To check me out because they had 3 guys rotating the tires of the guy behind me. They were not very efficient. So if you have time to spare, this place
Is great. If you are on a timeline, I recommend
You go somewhere else.

I didn't like that you pushed other services on me. I went to change the oil on my car, and suddenly they were talking about break pads and air filters??? Also they gave me the price of the oil and later it was more than I expected. I think you should say upfront how much it would cost for my car so the bill isn't a surprise. You were more expensive than other places where I took my car. I don't think I will be coming back.

Best jiffy lube in town! Everyone is always so kind and helpful here and does great work. They’re super quick and always open doors for you as well, which I really appreciate.

They send out coupons but then will not honor them. They are really expensive .

Got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube today—they lived up to their name! I appreciate, too, that they answered all my questions respectfully and never pressured me to get additional services or products.
