I went in with my cousin and one of the workers immediately came over and complimented us, and I thought this place would be pretty cool, but for the next 5 minutes we were in the store, the same worker kept almost aggressively trying to sell us anything or try on anything even though we had said no already lol just weird vibes and we felt super uncomfortable so we just left

I stopped by the other day and had an awesome experience thanks to the manager, Ty. He went above and beyond to help me out—bringing me a wide variety of shoes to try and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s not every day you come across service like that. Big shoutout to Ty for making the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

Manager was very disrespectful. Looks like a few other review agree with this. Tried to return a pair of shoes we got the day before my son wore them for a couple mins indoors and said they hurt his feet and the manager called us a liar even tho we had a receipt and the shoes were in perfect condition. Took them to another location that took the return. Will never shop here again.

What a horrible manager. I never leave reviews but I was so bothered by how I was treated. Came to return a pair of shoes the next day and the manager refused. They're in perfect condition. We sent a picture of the shoes to coorprate and took them to another journeys location and they did the return. Not only did the manager refuse the return but he was so incredibly rude. I will never shop at this location again.

Beyond disappointing. I am not one to leave reviews but I was disappointed in my experience here today. I entered the store and looked around for a while before sitting down to text a family member. Not even 5 minutes later I was approached and asked if I needed help finding anything (which I always appreciate) and I said I’m okay for right now. The store manager then approached me and asked what he could help me find and I told him I was okay for the moment and he told me to “get out of his store right now if I’m not buying anything”. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and was kicked out for sitting in chair for 3 minutes and not immediately purchasing something. There was no one else in the store and multiple empty seats. I was not inconveniencing anyone by sitting for a second. Won’t be shopping there if I kicked out for sitting. :(

The store manager was so easy to deal with. I accidentally got the wrong sized shoe and I got home and was a little frustrated however the way that they handled it was amazing and he was kind and thoughtful and even gave me some advice on how to take care of the new leather shoes I just got! Thanks ?

Katie was the one that helped us! She was super helpful in helping my indecisive boyfriend decide on a pair of doc martens that he has been looking at for quite a while. She was knowledgeable and friendly helping him try on multiple pairs of shoes! Best customer service experience we have had! 10 stars to her if i could!
