The service department is great to work with. They keep me informed about what is going on, and get things done in a timely manner. They even stayed a bit after closing so I could get my car that evening. They are up front about costs so there is never any surprises. I will keep going back.

My truck needed some pretty extensive repairs done. Max worked with me through the entire process. I was very impressed with the great communication and efficiency. He answered all my questions quickly with texts and kept me updated until the job was complete. I took my truck to a local shop in Saratoga Springs first thinking I’d get a better deal. Turns out they mis diagnosed the problem and wanted to replace both my turbos. Max and the team at Ken Garff found the real issue, and saved me $6000 for a job that wouldn’t have even fixed the actual problem. I’d recommend them any day. The video review of the issues they find is really valuable, and helped me gain trust in the work they recommend.

Despite having set an early morning appointment for rear disc brakes and seatbelt replacements from a recall, the vehicle wasn't finished before my wife left work. Our vehicle got pushed back so they could with on vehicles from walk-ins. She had to sit there for over an hour after work because these guys didn't honor their appointments. They put walk-ins first. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they didn't honor it anyway and make walk-ins the priority?
They also told my wife they replaced both halves of the seat belts, but they only replaced the one half.
