Keybank Executive Office has froze and restricted accounts but still accepted,$13,000, they tell us no reason why restricted, gave no notice. They restricted them and allowed deposits.The matter was resolved a week later. Thank you for releasing the funds.

Avoid going to this location because they lie to you and lack transparency! If they make a mistake they blame you and make up stories. This is trend at other branches it seems so choose any other bank but them. No wonder they have conditional promotions about opening accounts because they are desperate. You get checks/deposits and it disappears plus I was warned they are horrible and going out of business yet I gave them a try and regret it in days! I'm a student now aspiring to have my own daycare and school , and integrity is important so for future prospect, avoid them, because how they treat you now is the same in the future. They intentionally make you feel horrible for things you and no control over and very two face so you dnt who to trust

Wow! I have tried for nearly 1 1/2 years to close a business Commerical line of credit that posed a $150 annual fee, for which we never used one time their meager $5k credit line.We have 2022 completed closure form as I demanded copy of request. Fast forward to 4/2023 and we received a past due bill for 2022 & 2023 annual fees!!!Never will we bank with them again. They had closed multiple branches only to reopen incompetence over again.Offer Most ridiculous excuses “we show you did effectively close accountIn 2022, but not able to refund you 2022 $150 annual fee!” WeWill waive 2023 and now confirm you are closed and you do need to fill out paperwork again… ( Given two sets of same document)“Commerical line of credit account close request”

I deposited some money into an account and the charged fees until the money was gone. When I opened the account I told them I wanted a savings account. Key Bank is a scam!!

Extremely friendly customer service representatives. My only complaint is the Drive-up ATM seems to be out of service more than normal banks (especially making cash deposits)

I don’t know what the 3 star rating is about?! This is the best banking experience I’ve ever had, we’re moving and I was just telling my husband how sad I am to be leaving this KeyBank behind! Sam and the other people there are so kind to us and we’ve gotten pretty close over the last few times we’ve been there! We love KeyBank Orem!

Great service, we could tell they cared about customers and wanted to do everything possible to help. The financial health checkup was educational, account management was smooth. Appointments whenever we needed them.

Great customer service. Personal banker, Stephanie, went out of her way to help me with a request I had. Also, it could not have been done without the permission from the manager, who gave me great help. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this bank that gives us a chance and sees us as human beings.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I opened a bank account with them got money deposited and they closed my account because it wasn’t “verified” I had to go back and fourth with them about it, after I sent my ID in and re opened my account they closed it again without notice they will not give you any sort of notice. I lost my direct deposit and now have to wait for a check to get mailed to me because of the account closure. They have no empathy or remorse with messing with people’s money after I told them I had money in the account to pay bills they just bluntly said “ask them to send you a check” yes I know I can have the employer do that but I set up direct deposit because I have to pay bills on time that’s the whole purpose. I got transferred three times and had to repeat myself every time because they would just transfer me without even telling me they were going to transfer me. They do not care about their customers they do not care what they do with your money DO NOT BANK HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT

This bank is such a pain, I asked them if there was a way to make the card just decline when something tries to come out, for example Apple just automatically took our 10 dollars and I only had 8 in my account, so it overdrafted 2 dollars then charged me a 33 dollar fee. I asked them if there was a way that we could make it so it would just decline and they said theres absolutely no way to have that happen. I will be finding a new bank that doesn't thrive off of someones overdraft feesSo before they come back and try to explain here that they have pay automatic payments, I AM AWARE but I dont want that, so if you have anything that you have to put a card in to use (like an apple account for icloud storage that would normally only cost you 3 dollars a month) expect to pay an extra 33 dollars on that. so that 3 dollar icloud storage now costs you 36 dollarsThank you for the response I literally just called and spoke to a representative and she told me like 10 times why my account was over drawn and wouldn’t let me talk and she hung up on me, I couldn’t get two words out with out her cutting me off so I asked her if she would let me speak and she hung up on me I will be closing my account immediately this is disgusting behavior from a bank and I’m embarrassed to even say I ever banked here

Overdrew my account once, get a letter the very next day telling me to pay it and yet it's been over a month since I've opened two separate checking accounts and still haven't received a bank card for either. Lesson learned. Just going to pay and close.

My wife and I opened an account for the first time in this bank, Jeremy and Kanda were GREAT! They were actually closing early that day and they stayed late just to attend us.
