They have a great process for viewing properties and have good communication. However, they accepted our application for a property despite the fact that they were already finalizing a deal on the same property with other renters. We paid the application fee for no reason and they wouldn’t refund. Super lame.

KeyRenter Provo has been a great partner for managing Utah County properties for +5 years. My interaction with AJ, Melissa, and the rest of their team has been a great experience. They are respectful to my customers, strive to look after my interests with integrity, and provide timely and clear communications when issues come up. At this point, I’ve used 5 property management companies and this one is top notch.

We had an appointment to view a property Keyrenter had listed. We spent 45 minutes driving out there. Once we arrived, I followed the instructions I was given, but was never given a code to the lockbox so we could actually get into the apartment. After waiting about 20 minutes, we spoke to the upstairs renters. Apparently the property we were there to see has already been rented and the rental company has sent multiple people to view it knowing that it had been rented out. We wasted our entire evening on something that was never even a possibility in the first place.
