This daycare is absolutely amazing! My niece and nephew love going here and have excelled socially and educationally! The facility itself has so many safety procedures and precautions, a modern feel and fun aspects. The staff has always been very welcoming and attentive. Would definitely recommend!!

As a fellow childcare owner, I can honestly say this center is something special. The passion and heart that goes into the care here is clear from the moment you step through the doors. The teachers are dedicated, the environment is nurturing, and children are given every opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. I know firsthand how much work and love it takes to run a high-quality program, and Kids Connections has built just that—a place where families can feel completely confident leaving their little ones. I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews, because I don’t think it’s fair to tarnish the reputation of a company due to what may have just been a bad day. However, when it comes to our babies, there only needs to be one bad day for a parent’s worst nightmare to happen.
I am new to the area and looking for a place to bring my children for care. I recently scheduled a visit at Kids Connection in Orem to take a tour of their facility. Upon my arrival, I was buzzed in from the vestibule into the facility, without anyone first asking who I was or why I was there. When I arrived at the front desk — with full access to any of the classrooms — I informed the staff member who buzzed me in that I was there for a tour. She was very friendly, but never asked for any form of ID, or even my name to confirm that I was, in fact, supposed to be there for a tour. Without even knowing who I was, she brought me into a classroom full of 18-month old babies…
As I was leaving the tour, I held the first set of doors open for two teachers and a young girl entering the building from the parking lot. As I went through the second set of doors to get outside, I held the door again. This time, for about 6-8 young girls (aged no more than 8 years old) while they walked *unsupervised* from the van that dropped them off from their field trip into the building. The gentleman driving the Kids Connection van sat on his phone while he waited for all the girls to exit the van. He proceeded to pull away before the last two girls were even in the building; they were still on the sidewalk. No teacher or staff member from inside the building ever came back out to escort these young girls inside. Meanwhile, I was there to let them all in.
I could have been anybody, and if I would have taken a child from inside or outside that facility, not a single staff member of Kids Connection would have even known my name. Not to mention, the location of this school is an extremely busy parking lot. Even if no one’s concern is that their child could have been taken by literally anybody (which it should absolutely be a concern), one of those young girls could have run off into the parking lot and gotten injured, or worse, and neither the van driver nor a staff member would have even been there to witness it.
Needless to say, I will not be bringing my children here. If you are a parent of a current student, I would strongly urge you to reach out to whoever oversees this facility, and urge them to take immediate action to increase their security processes and their staff’s attention to detail. I do not feel, or at least I would not hope, that this negligence was intentional. However, carelessness to this extent is inexcusable and has the potential to devastate a family. Leaving your child(ren) with people other than family takes a great deal of trust, and if I were you, I wouldn’t have an ounce of it right now.
I’ve written this review in part to bring this issue to light for the facility, but even more so, to notify parents of what is and isn’t going on in this facility that directly impacts their kids. Unfortunately, the Kids Connection staff failed all of you that day. I hope all of your babies stay safe and can attend a place where they are truly protected.

We visited for a tour and it seemed fine at first, but after seeing other centers we realized we hadn’t met the teachers or seen the infant room. When we went back, the teachers didn’t greet us, and the full-time teacher looked exhausted and handled a baby very roughly, with no patience, even while we were there. We left shocked and would never leave our 4-month-old here.

this was one of the best childcare experience for mi niece. she was so loved and well cared for always smiling when she saw her teachers. The communication was helpful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care for kiddoooo

We love Kids Connection! The staff are kind and made an effort to get to know my daughter and I. The preschool teachers are all so sweet and my daughter has learned so much! You can see that they work hard and love the kiddos in their class. I appreciate their flexibility with schedules and other situations that may occur. Teachers and staff communicate really well with parents which is something I appreciate.

Kids Connection has been a wonderful daycare for my four-year-old daughter! It was really hard for me to put a child in daycare, she’s my first to experience this, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I have been impressed by the great care that has been taken by the entire staff and her teachers!!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with child care for my kiddo. He was so loved and taken care of ! He would always have the biggest smile when he saw his teachers . There communication was so fast and helpful I will miss you all and I truly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their kiddos .

We love Kids Connection! This was our first interaction with daycare and to be honest, I don’t think we will ever use any other daycare. The way our daughter comes home loving the care she gets. She has progressed and learn so much too! Staff is amazing no matter where you go. You can really tell they love the kids.

Look, I am "just" the Dad... But my children are my life. My Wife and I have been trusting Kids Connection coming up on 10 years now and they have consistently provided a safe and caring environment for our flock.
I could give many examples of the kindness our family has been shown over the years, or how our children are always asking when they get to go back and are never ready to be picked up. They do not come home upset, they are always well fed and worn out from activities, they have all been well prepared for Kindergarten even during Covid.
The new Orem facility is wonderful, easy to access, open, airy, and CLEAN. The check in/out procedures are secure, and I feel safe even when away traveling knowing my kids are being taken care of.
The staff is beyond wonderful, sweet and kind, they listen and respond. We have never had an issue with billing, pay structure, or the occasional mishap with our busy schedules, K.C. is always accommodating.
Thank you to Miss Tammy, Miss Cheryl, Miss Becca, Miss Jen, Miss Lisa, Miss Emily, Miss Libby, Mister Josh, and anyone else who we are missing! Having you all in our children's lives has been a blessing and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I've taken my child to three different daycare centers before Kids Connection. This is the first place that I can drop her off without her crying and trying to prevent me from leaving. I don't know what they do differently, but whatever it is it works. I would give it five stars, but the two hour naps cause my child to stay up late, and then be very cranky in the morning when I'm trying to get out the door to work.
