They were great! I did a gel removal and giving me acrylics. The lady who did my nails (I didn’t get her name) was great! Removing my gel, she rotated between soaking in acetone and slowly filing it off my nail. She didn’t get aggressive about picking or forcing it off and kept feeling with her fingers to see where some gel remained.
She also made sure I knew what I was asking for especially before she started cutting lengths and got into the process of acrylics and she REALLY knows how to prep a nail without causing heat or discomfort on your nails. Her control of the acrylic beads was also insane! She was great! My acrylics aren’t super thick and fake looking either!! Still a very natural nail thickness and I still have a natural looking nail curve. I asked for super short acrylics so that’s why they’re this short. I’m sure if you wanted longer ones, she’d do a great job with those too!
You do need an appointment to get in. I heard a few times while I was getting my nails done that people walked in and the shop was busy enough they didn’t have time to take them. Just call to make an appointment. It’s super fast and easy!
I’ll be back for sure! A great nail salon!!!
Cleanliness: It was a clean spa and she didn’t just re-use the bowl for acetone from a previous client. She got a new one out and when I was done, she moved it away from her station. She also kept vacuuming up the dust from my nails so they didn’t get stuck in the product and cause issues.

I always have amazing service and beautiful nail art from Kevin! He does an amazing job and the rest of the family as well. They're a great shop who remembers your name and cares about their customers. Highly recommend. Be prepared to wait, they're popular and busy!

I had a gift certificate for Kim's and went in twice. These are my nails after the second time and 2 weeks after the appointment. I got get nails both times and for some reason they got so weak they started bending and cracking? Not sure if it's because my nails are weak but I've never had this problem before. Also, they made me scrape off my own gel because they were busy. Didn't like that and could be what contributed to my problem.
