Always a rewarding and meaningful and memorable experience at Kneaders. And the food is great also. And thank you for the birthday pastry for our daughter. What an awesome surprise :-)

Was on a trip and stopped for a treat. Ordered 2 hot cinnamon roles...one for my wife and one for me. First, there wasn't a clean table to sit at. No one cleaned the tables or trash while we were there. Second, when they delivered the cinnamon rolls, they were on a single plate. I had to ask for a second plate. The server seemed put out that I asked for a plate. Third, the rolls had not been warm, so they were returned, and we waited another 10 minutes to get them back. They were barely warm, and the licing was not melted. Evidently, Kneaders is a bakery that doesn't know what a hot cinnamon roll is. The rolls were okay, not bad, not as good as others I have had at Yoders in Illinois. Operations clearly were not being managed, and the staff was really culeless. I watched a few walk out into the dining area, put their gloves on, and do nothing to clean the place up. It looks to me like Kneaders leadership needs to learn about Lean. The defects were all due to process inadequacies or training people in the process...failures of leadership.

We just placed a last minute catering order, and Breanna was so helpful! She was patient, kind, and she was so knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend!

The French toast for breakfast is great. Sometimes regular refills take a while.

Called during business hours and the phone was never answered but rather a person picked up the phone, said nothing and put me straight to hold. After holding for a few minutes to the good music I hung up and gave up trying.

My SIL and I are here after shopping. I always enjoy their salads. I ordered a small one and SIL ordered the larger salad. We compared the two in size, and they are almost the same. You don't get more toppings, just a little bit more lettuce. So save $6 and order the small salad. With that said, I always enjoy the food here.

Really disappointed in the increase in price and decline in quality from kneaders recently. I went today and spent 20 minutes in the drive through, paid $20 for my single meal that used to be around $14 a couple years ago, and then they forgot part of my order and gave me the wrong pastry. Kneaders used to be great service and great food for the cost, but now it doesn’t feel worth it.

Every single time a place an online order here I stand at the online order pickup without any acknowledgement at all. They literally just ignore you. There were 4 people standing waiting to pickup orders and finally someone just yelled out “hello can we get some help over here”. Finally a worker came over and helped us but it literally took someone yelling to get them to come over. Several of the people waiting said “this place is seriously going downhill” which I tend to agree. Foods fine, service is trash!

Had a decidedly average breakfast here with a pretty thin & lukewarm cup of coffee. While Kneaders isn't a regular stop for me I had good memories of the last time I visited one when I was in the area. It was near the hotel so I took the short drive and ordered an American omelet (ham, broccoli, & cheese), a side of bacon, and a large coffee. The staff there are very friendly and professional, and there were a fair number of BYU students there getting their own meals and chatting. Overall a pretty nice atmosphere, and the restaurant itself is laid out in a common format to pretty much all Kneaders I've visited. As mentioned, the coffee was weak, and I generally like my coffee on the weaker side. It was lukewarm on top of that so never finished my cup. The omelet and bacon were just average. This location left the broccoli a lot bigger (less chopped) than others, which may suit some people. The best thing was the bread which isn't surprising given they're primarily a bakery.Overall I doubt I'd return based on this meal given there's so many other choices around.
